The World Has Shifted

The world HAS shifted.

It has taken years for these changes to occur for as we
know, everything happens at an energetic level and things
are finally shifting.

We hold a very important and sacred role as lightworkers.

We have to remember we came here during this
time for this EXACT moment in history. Unforseen as
to what exactly will take place but we know it was
going to be HUGE.

It is important to hold our light and the love in our hearts.

There is so much confusion, chaos, doubt and fear and
we have to collapse those same programs within us.

Yes, we still have them and we are clearing them more
and more each day. It is important to allow those feelings
to come up and release them so we can make more room for
light.

People need to feel safe, loved and supported during this
time and WE play a huge role in this matter.

Here are three things to do daily for you and to assist others:

1. Take deep breaths throughout the day. Staying centered throughout
the day is crucial as things are happening very quickly and if we shift
into our head and into fear we are more likely to fall unconscious and
make decisions out of fear.

2. Take time for yourself, to reset, replenish, reactivate, release,
re-charge, detox, boost your immune system. Whatever you need to do, do it. Go out
in nature, go out for a walk, journal, do your favorite hobby, etc.


3. Embrace your emotions. A LOT of emotions are coming up to
the surface. Yesterday I had a huge emotional release and today I
had to cry again. There is so much that is coming to the surface to
purge and release and feel. Don't suppress it. This is the time to sit
with your emotions and know that all of them are valid.

Everything is playing a huge role in everyone's life right
now and it is important to shift your perspective as well.
We have been living in autopilot for sooo long, doing things
that do not fill our souls and this is going to bring a HUGE
reset to humanity.

We are ready for this.

We are ready for massive change.
We are ready to live in our hearts.
We are ready to remember who we are and why we are here.
We are ready to bring more love and light into this planet.
We are ready to embrace this change.
We are ready for New Earth.

And I am excited!!
