222 Exercise

In last weekend’s workshop I opened up everyone to start seeing 2s around your reality, in your life experiences, in your processes and in everything and everywhere. Low and behold that opened up to a whole new realization of how prevalent the #2 actually has been in my life. There were twos everywhere and they just keep popping and popping and popping.

The power of 222 is way more than I consciously realized and it’s been such a huge realization.

The body
We are the embodiment of the 2 in many ways. Our bodies are symmetrical and so we can two of a lot of things; two hands, two feet, two eyes, two ears, two legs and even if you get caught up in not everyone has two of each the human body is still made up of lots of 2s.

I invite you to start looking deeper into this number and see where you have been playing it out throughout your life. For me I lived in CA for 2 years, I studied two fields, I worked two years in a certain profession and the list goes on.
