The LightBody

Honoring your LightBody through this process key. It will tell you everything that it needs once you start to open up to it, listen to it and embrace it. The linear/logical mind will try to fit the body into an old construct and belief system and it is important to recognize it as this occurs. Everything that we’ve been taught about the body doesn’t normally apply anymore because our entire body is being upgraded to new ways, new systems, new programs that no longer conform to the old. The 3D system is becoming antiquated and more detrimental to our bodies the more we keep living by them.
Allow yourself to let go of them completely. Feel into them and start to notice what your body does, how does it respond to the old, how does it feel, what emotion is triggered and you’ll start to become more conscious of how backwards this system is.
New portals are opening up stronger and stronger inside of the body that are bringing forth new awareness and information to support the body. If we are closed off, not listening and conforming to the old ways we won’t be able to fully listen and honor it, we won’t know what to do and fear can take over in ways that block the process.
Just start to become more aware, feel more, listen more and go all in with every emotion so that you can start to create more space for these Light frequencies.
Every system is being worked on, every organ is being purged, every cell is being reconfigured in ways that our minds can’t comprehend but our LightBody does. Our Light is what makes it all happen we just have to sit back (literally), surrender and relax our whole body/being in every way possible.
Continue to open up constantly and you’ll start to remember that all is truly supporting you.
