The more aware you become of your breath the more aware you become of your internal reality.
Your internal reality holds the foundation of everything you experience in your external reality.
Your internal reality holds the keys and codes that allow you to shift anything and everything.


It’s time to focus on your internal reality…. Go deeper, connect deeper, breathe deeper within.
You are not alone and you never have been.
The deeper you go the more you feel how supported and connected you are and the less alone/abandoned you feel.


You become FULL, you become ONE, you become LIGHT.


The only one stopping you NOW from reconnecting with all is an aspect of yourself that is still afraid of the unknown.
The more you connect with the purest aspect of yourself you will start to dissolve the ego, the fears and you start to become more of your Higher Self which is the one that remembers, the one that knows and the one that sees beyond the linear eyes.

Your LightBody is coming online again in every way and in every level.
Your LightBody holds the keys and codes that reconstruct your entire body/reality/world. Your LightBody is Divine Technology/Intelligence that activates the sequences within that dictate your entire body’s electromagnetic fields. Your LightBody is the aspect of your self that becomes one with your Soul and your body.
The more you open up to it, the more you listen to it and honor it the more you open up the magical portals to the Divine. Your Divine Expression is held within your Light and as every cell becomes activated with your Light, holds this Light and anchors this Light you will be able to transform any and every reality in the Highest way possible.


We as Portals
Every cell holds a key that unlocks more and more portals within. We become the portals, we activate portals that transport us to different realities/dimensions in every moment NOW. Yes, we NOW have the ability to shift/create/open up portals to a higher dimensional reality. Our realities are not fixed anymore, they flow the more we flow inside.
As we continue to hold the vibration of our Light, the more we get to access those multidimensional portals in which we are able to travel through from inside. Yes, we move from dimension to dimension from inside. The more we are connected to our Souls the more portals we activate and the easier it is for us to travel, unlocking more and more opportunities and possibilities in every moment NOW.
As we continue to activate more of our LightBody the faster it is for us to open up these portals from deeper within.
This is part of our multidimensional gifts, our pure power and our Cosmic Consciousness. We no longer wait for portals to open up “out there”, we NOW are remembering that we hold the keys from deep within and we open them up ourselves.
