Relax to Receive

A few years ago I started to innerstand the co-relation that relaxation had on our ability to receive. When one is stressed, tensed, worried, scared it creates a rotational spin of your inner and outer energy that is opposite that your true organic spin motion. What does this mean? It means that your body becomes closed, contracted, retracted, small and suppressed. Feel into this and imagine your doors closed, or your arms tied behind your back, if someone were to send you a package or gift you present you wouldn’t be able to receive because your door would be closed and your hands would be tied up. This is exactly why it is more difficult to receive when we are transmitting this frequency out, it requires us to push harder and with opposite force to actually get ourselves to open and even if we were to open just a little bit because our overall energy is still spinning backwards this openness would be very short lived.


This is where the energy of ‘work hard’, ‘hustle, hustle’, ‘no pain no gain’ comes from and it creates this force within us that literally goes against our essence. Now are you starting to see why life on 3D was never supposed to be easy, why it was challenging and hard and never fully made us be satisfied? It truly goes deep into our muscles and bones and it’s also why the physical ascension process is complex and a marathon. We are currently undergoing this process, everything is being uprooted so that it can be reversed and brought back to its natural form of being.


Now let’s breathe and relax into this energy. When we are relaxed we are open, we can move, we can expand, we can open our arms wide and welcome new things into our lives. This goes beyond just opening up our arms, this goes deeply into your cells, muscles, DNA and so much more. As you start to open up and be fully relaxed you start to release all the old cords, bonds and attachments that we held in place that created more fear, lack and separation inside. This old energy functions as a claw that grips so tightly and creates a parasitic and paralyzed energy that locks you down and keeps us from moving and opening up. This is what feeds the old, this is what the 3D structures were built from and this is exactly what we must all release and dissolve from all levels of our being so that we can finally move and fly as this is the energy that we are.


In every moment tune and feel your body, is it tied, contracted or relaxed? This might feel like simple but yet we were all very disconnected from our bodies and it’s crazy to think but it’s almost as if we were living our lives completely blindfolded and disconnected from our senses that we had no idea we had clamps on our ankles, ropes tied all over our arms and belts on our stomach, and much much more. This is one of the reasons why so many of us are feeling so much on our bodies right now, we are becoming more aware of everything that was in, on and around our bodies and field that we just had no clue. Our bodies are assisting us so much throughout this journey and they are hinting us to areas where we have held so much tightness, so much contraction, so much tension and all this co-relates to our fears. At a deep core level all energy blocks and forms of separation stem from all of our fears, from every single one of our existences not just this one. You might think we might need a heavy duty excavator and in a way we do but these Light codes that are coming through actually are able to do the job.


These light codes have a powerful and very advance technology in which they are able to revert, re-code and reconfigure everything at a deep cellular and DNA level that blows our human capabilities out of water. :D This is why it’s beyond important to keep opening up to these frequency and codes because they know exactly what to do and it might seem silly and simple but when we fully surrender to them and allow them to recode our entire body and field magic truly happens. We don’t need to get caught up in the what’s going on, what energy is coming through, what do we need to do, this is all coming from the human mind that wants to know everything and somehow thinks that getting involved in the process will assist when in reality it is actually the opposite. Because our human-ego mind operates from a completely different and opposite set of codes it actually slows down the process and it creates more resistance and control that blocks the codes from fully being able to repair the body. Yeah, this is where we we have to consciously keep our human-ego-aspects-mind in check and not let it run the show anymore, it’s time to put it in the back of the car and allow our Light to take over as it will be a much easier and enjoyable ride. Imagine letting your 2 year old ride your SUV, that’s a recipe for disaster and yet we’ve all been unconsciously allowing this to happen in our lives which is obvious why we have been operating from fear, worry, stress and so much more. Yes, it’s time to bring your 2 year old to the back seat, with all its toys and all the energies that make him/her feel safe, loved and supported and so our Higher Self-Light can fully take over.


Continue to relax, body, mind and field so that more awareness can come through. Remember that as you continue to relax and open up, this does mean that you will start to feel more, more emotions may come up to the surface for you to feel and release and this is super important as it is a huge part of the process. All of our emotions must come up and out for us to see. The more you relax the more you will allow all of the heaviness to release and dissolve so that you no longer have to carry them anymore. This is part of the emotional passageway that we must all go through so keep opening up and the more you do the more the passageway gets smaller and the faster you are able to get through it all.
