Realities are Not What They Seem

There is a movie called Upside Down that has quite the fascinating effects, very similar to this graphic above. Two worlds living side by side to each other but laterally in the vertical sense, meaning one above the other. They are opposite in wealth and experiences and contact with one another is prohibited. Of course there is more to the story but what I’m called to share through this is that our perceived reality goes far beyond what we can comprehend linearly at this time.

There is a vast number of worlds and realities all simultaneously playing out, one right on top of the other, next to each other, inside one another and everything else possible. This is the fascinating world of quantum physics where energy always exists in many different forms, spaces and places even when we are not consciously aware of it. To bring it down to simple terms, there is always a different reality playing out that you have the ability to access. We aren’t bound to just one like we thought we were. We aren’t limited to just one experience and enslaved to just one dimension in fact quite the contrary. There is always something new and different that you can choose to experience from a level of purity inside.

​Our 3D realities were perceived to be one dimensional but as you raise your frequency and consciousness you start to remember that there is more to this. I always found it fascinating that when I worked in my last job people would always have a different experience than me with the same person or at the same event. They would always complain or express a less than desirable experience when I would have the complete opposite one most of the time. My perception and energy was what shifted things, somehow I would always receive the version of people that was aligned with my state of consciousness, the open, the enjoyable, the easy-to-get along with version. Again it always fascinated me how people would have an opposite experience than the one I had but of course I didn’t quite knew all that was at play at the time.

We are creating a world that is in exact resonance to that which we perceive to be “outside” of ourselves whether we are conscious of this or not. This goes beyond the concept of “we create with our thoughts, words and emotions” because there is way more to this than we can sometimes comprehend. We have to remember that there is so very much going on all at the same time and so what you experience goes very very deep, dimensionally, existentially, mentally, energetically in a way that transcends space and time. Again to bring it back into simple terms your energy as a level of consciousness is what’s truly at play here.

There is a vast amount of unconsciousness, dormant, stagnant energy inside of the body that creates our world and that at some level is necessary so that we can become conscious of it being there in the first place. The beauty is that we are going through a very powerful passageway at the moment where things are accelerating rapidly, we are becoming more and more aware of all that is still very heavy and deeply suppressed inside by way of our emotions. Yes, our emotions play and will always play a huge role in the matter as we have learned to consciously and unconsciously suppress most of what we felt at some level throughout our existences. What’s occurring now is that every single one of them is coming up in every way possible. You see our emotions is what kept most of us stuck, stagnant and paralyzed from opening up and remembering that there is much more to our realities. The emotional contraction that we have allowed our bodies to experience has been way beyond we can comprehend and finally we are starting to feel this.

Emotions are magnetic, thoughts are Electric

You probably have heard this frase before and it’s important to start feeling into this. The emotionally suppression has created a loop cycle, a multitude of realities that all play out the same themes and same emotional patterns. It isn’t until we break free and feel all of our emotions fully that we are truly able to call forth a different emotional experience.

This goes beyond believing that if we are thinking or feeling something we are automatically going to call that forward and so we must pretend and force ourselves to think or feel something “good” or pleasant instead. In reality all you’re doing is suppressing more of that which you truly feel and it keeps just keeps you stuck in the same old cycle. When we open up to our emotions and our thoughts we start to automatically open up to our Light and as we allow this Light to come through we will be able to see/feel/release and honor these frequencies and energies that are only trying to come out. Your Light will always be more powerful than any heavy emotion or thought or discordant frequency and so the key is to open up to all that comes so that your Light can replace it.

The more Light you hold the more you’re going to be seeing and experiencing a whole new and different reality. It may not always be fluffy and pleasant but the more you open up to it the more you will start to see/remember that it will always support you in some way. Whether that’s in feeling an emotion, seeing things from a new perspective, remind you of its purpose and much much more. What’s important is to hold more Light because as you do the more you’re going to embrace and honor absolutely EVERYTHING that comes your way because you know there is a higher purpose in all. You didn’t come here to get stuck playing the same old realities on repeat, you came here to remember that there are a multitude of realities that you will always get to choose from just by opening up and shifting your perception, expanding your consciousness, honoring the frequency and embracing all emotions/thoughts.

The world is becoming more and more fluid, bendable and malleable no matter how things are perceived to be from the 3D screen. You get to choose how to perceive things and as you do you get to create a whole new experience.
