Just Feel

​As I was finishing the last details of my book, I came to a place where I realized that I didn’t have the software to help me format the cover. It might have seem simple and insignificant but it brought up emotional energies to the surface that I had to feel.

I sat there feeling it all; allowing myself to feel, cry and release myself from all these dense frequencies inside. I didn’t need to label them, I didn’t need to dive into what they were, where they came from, what they were attached to, nothing. I just felt them, dissolved all aspects back inside and came back to a place of peace and balance.


I asked my body what else it needed and followed it. After a while everything had shifted and I was back in this place of balance and flow inside.


As I was crying I realized that as you expand, allow and surrender completely to the energies you get to be in a space where you don’t judge anything that comes up. I realized that sometimes when we want to know everything about these energies, what emotion it is, where it came from, what belief it is, sometimes it creates judgment about the whole thing and it’s harder to release. Not to say that sometimes memories come up, realizations come up that show you more of where it comes from but sometimes you don’t need to get caught up in all the details. You just need to feel.


Feel the energy, feel the heaviness and just let yourself release it how ever you need to release it. The less we know the details and the more we open up to feeling it all the easier we release it and come back to our pure essence. It’s like we are no longer attached to the story, characters, memories or anything at all, we just feel the energy for what it is and allow ourselves to release and dissolve.


It’s magical!
