As most of us have been feeling the intensity of these constant frequencies it is imperative to continue to support your LightBody (mental, emotional, physical and energy body) more and more. These frequencies aren’t letting up, we are not letting up, we are ready for these frequencies and massive transformational shifts that are occurring in every level. We are ready to rebirth ourselves in every way and in every moment. Much is coming to the surface for each and every one of us to see, feel, own, honor and resolve. Some of us are finally getting to the root of some heavy duty stuff that we didn’t even know we had or were still carrying inside. Remember that this is a constant process of seeing and remembering more. Our minds may be set on we are done and this is it but we are infinite and so we will always be remembering and seeing more from a whole new angel and perspective. Open up to the journey and don’t get fixated on the destination because then you won’t be able to enjoy the process, it will be harsh and you will be miserable. You have a choice in every moment to open up your heart and expand your perception or sink down into unconsciousness by closing up the very thing that you are. No one is going to choose this but you. This is how we empower ourselves by realizing that we have a choice in how we see and perceive things and we are going to start to feel more through those same choices. If we continue to choose the old ways then our realities will continue to collapse harshly but if we choose to see things differently we gain the power of shifting things ourselves.

Every moment, every day, every week, every month will be more powerful than the last and it will test us and push us beyond what we thought we were capable. Many of us are here for the long run and some of us may not but in either case we are all supporting one another in the physical and beyond.

Open up to these frequencies and light codes, open up to all that your LightBody is doing, open up to all that you’re being shown, open up to all that you’re feeling even if it doesn’t make sense, open up to the Light you hold inside and open up to living from this Light more and more. Continue to create and expand into a space that fully supports your journey in every way and be willing to see that which does not so you can work up the courage to shift/release/remove/upgrade it in a way that it does. Be willing to see and feel more of what you know and didn’t know you still have unresolved inside. Remind yourself in every way that you already have the keys and codes inside that can support you more all your have to do is keep going deeper inside and trusting in every way.

Keep going, keep opening up and keep surrendering to the process. We are being prepared for all that is coming to will continually support us in every way.
