Full Moon Release

This Augusts’ full moon is in Aquarius, Aquarius being a water sign and water symbolizes emotions. So if you’re going through an emotional purge right now it’s all good and very necessary for the next phase of your journey.

Yesterday was a very interesting and bizarre day. My partner and I had headaches for half of the day, we rested a lot and I was also going through intense nose clearing. It may seem like allergies from the 3D perspective but so much more is actually going on.... so let’s dive in.

Deep cleanse and release
As you’re going through the physical body ascension process your programs are going to need to clear not just energetically but also physically. The mucus is often a tool for these programs, blocks, beliefs to attach to so they can physically leave the body.

Walls Come Down ​
The lungs serve as a catalyst to clear out the walls aka protection mechanisms that surround our hearts. As these walls come down they attach to the lungs and through the mucus they start to leave the body.

Upgrades
The respiratory system and immune system is also getting an upgrade. Our 3D immune systems were built around old programs of survival mode and you better believe all of these are being triggered as we speak on everyone. The respiratory system also has survival mechanisms, our breath is sacred, it is cleansing, it is healing and the more we clear all the gunk that was keeping us in trapped in a system that didn’t want us to fully breathe aka live in our light and power, we will go through respiratory upgrades.

Yes, this may seem like you’re “sick” but you’re far from it. Remove that word from your vocabulary as quickly as possible, clear the fear from it as well, because it will serve you as you’re going through this process.
