Every Moment Brings So Much

Every day, every moment, every nanosecond we are rebirthing, we are transforming, we are re-emerging as a Soul.
Every day we are gifted with the opportunity to remember more, feel more, see more and become more.
Every moment brings forth so many new realizations, new possibilities, new opportunities in so many magical ways.
Every breath brings forth a deeper connection with our body, our mind, our emotions, our Soul and our Light.
Every time we choose to feel something deeper inside we break free, we give ourselves our wings back so we can fly higher and higher.
Every time we allow this process to unfold organically we dissolve the resistance, the battle, the fight from inside.
Every time we open our hearts we open up to receive more support, feel the purity of our being, feel the sacred love that’s within and open up even wider.
Every time we let go of needing to know, needing to figure things out, needing to plan things in advance, needing to hold on, needing to control we allow our Highest and purest aspect to come through.
Every time we trust in our LightBody, our Soul and our Light we allow our journey to become so much more enjoyable, more smoother and much more magical.
Every time we let go of the internal fight, every time when we stop resisting and stop judging ourselves we dissolve the separation from within ourselves and we allow our Pure Divine aspects to lead the way.


When each aspect of ourselves is merged, integrated and unified we are able to go with the flow, move in a quantum flow, surrender to our Light in every way and we no longer make things tough or hard on ourselves.
When we each decide to go full on, all in and all out, above and beyond what the unconscious collective is doing we pave the way for those that are just waking up, we open the other to ourselves and others so that they can remember it’s safe to go this way.
Every decision we make, every word we speak, every move we make becomes key in our journey, it either comes from a lower self aspect or Highest Self aspect and recognition of this is another huge key.

• Where are you still making decisions out of fear or lack?
• Where are you still speaking from an unresolved emotion inside?
• Where are you still battling yourself inside and not wanting to let go of the old?
• Where are you still afraid of going all in on your ascension path?
• Where are you still playing in the old?
• Where are you still feeding and supporting an ego aspect?
• Where are you still holding on to trauma and hurt inside and are afraid to feel it?

Every heavy energy and unresolved emotion inside is what keeps us bound, trapped, sucked in and anchored in a 3D reality.


Open up to feeling it all.
Open up to see what ego aspects are still separated inside.
Open up so that your body can release the heaviness.
Open up so that you can free yourself.
Open up so that you’re no longer holding on to the guilt, shame and judgment.


Our Light is pure, therefore we are pure and the more we allow our Light to come into our body the more we get to purify every part of our being; our thoughts, our emotions, our desires, our physical body and everything else.


This entire journey is about becoming Light again, it is about being willing to see and remember everything again no matter what. It is about recognizing what roles we’ve played and the purpose of every single one of them. It is in becoming aware of everything we have chosen and returning everything to pure love.


Our experiences don’t define us they just serve a purpose in showing us more of that which we could not see before so we can return to full consciousness again.


Allow yourself to feel into everything and be open to everything that comes your way because all is supporting you.
