Energy Update 7/18

Last night the energies were intense. Heart expansion, portals opening, stomach/power center, naval, gut, root, sides, back of the chest, everything was expanding so much it is a very physical and painful sensation, almost as if your organs are coming out of your body.
This is an expansion of your entire being. Yes we still have a physical body but your energy/Soul/Light expands past your body, your field becomes bigger and expands out to the cosmos. As I was laying in bed, surrendering and allowing this experience to unfold as it needs to I was receiving more insight on this process which explained a lot. As we continue to expand and open up portals we have access to more knowledge, wisdom, information and remembrance. We start to feel the cosmic energies way before they hit most of the collective and way before they hit the ground and materialize. It’s almost as if we are able to tell the “future” in a way and it explains why Lisa, my guide, has been writing about what’s happening right now for years now. It’s quite mind blowing.
As you allow more and more of these frequencies inside of your body to recalibrate, rebalance, retune and reprogram at deep cellular/DNA level your whole reality changes and you’re no longer experiencing the same effects from the lower dimensions. This is part of the continual split that we are all going through right now and it all depends on how much you’re allowing these frequencies to integrate inside of your body. Your body holds the frequencies that allow you to shift dimensions, your LightBody holds the key and the more you activate the more you will live and exists in a completely different reality.


As I tune in to the frequencies that I felt today and that are coming through, we have more power,creative/creator codes amplifying in the field.
We are owning more of our power and no longer tolerating the old power structures. All of these are being cleansed physically from our bodies, stomach, gut, root, blood, bones. We are physically dissolving these old programs from deep inside our own bodies and realities and the more we do those “out there” will start to lose control. We are integrating all aspects that played small, gave away their energy, functioned from deep seeded fears and also played in the old power games. We have to own up to the fact that we played the distorted one, we took away others powers, we manipulated and dishonored many throughout many of our existences and the more we own up, feel the emotions, release the energy and dissolve these aspects the more we come back to pure balance and pure peace inside. There is no judgment on what we’ve done or what others have done, it was all part of the experiment, the experiment that we played out, that we created and that is assisting the return of love back to our entire Universe. Open yourself more and more to remembering it all.


The other mass of creative/creator codes are assisting us in re-creating our whole reality from scratch and from the purity that we are. We no longer need to hold on to anything or anyone that is still functioning from the old. We all have to go through the phase where you let go of all attachments, old bonds, clear all contracts, break all karmic loops so that we can free ourselves from the reality of 3D. Yes, it is challenging, yes it tests all the beliefs you once had, but it’s what we trained for. The more you go inside, the more you’ll remember. It’s time to activate and live as the pure essence that we are by allowing more fun, play, joy, imagination in your life. These frequencies hold powerful keys in bringing forth New Earth/Heaven/Bliss into our physical realities. Bring back and activate your Divine Inner Child and merging back with it so that you can open your heart fully and completely to this brand new experience that does not compare with anything we’ve lived here before in this life.
It’s time to embrace all that we are, all that we’ve perceived to have been, and all that we are emerging as so that we can live, honor, respect all that we are and everyone else as well.


Keep assisting your body through the process, keep surrendering to your Light and the intense process that your vessel is going through at this moment. It’s all part of the journey and the more you open yourself to it, accept it and honor it the more you’ll be able to see and remember it all. We are doing way more than we think or perceive and so keep trusting in yourself, your personal journey, your role and your Higher Aspects. Everything is assisting us and supporting us in EVERY way possible.
