Confronting Your Reality

For far too long it’s been much easier to just pretend, look away, hide, dismiss or simply not deal with what our reality/Universe wanted to show us. Now everything is in our face, we can’t hide anymore or suppress anymore because it’s just too heavy and our bodies are trying to upgrade. This is the greatest opportunity that we’ve had of having no other choice but to actually confront our reality. We have to allow ourselves to be completely honest with what we are experiencing, what we are feeling, what we are choosing, what we are allowing, where we are still playing victim or savior so we can start to change our reality. So many of us want to create a different experience, a different reality by pushing away the one that they are experiencing in that moment and it just doesn’t work that way. You have to fully become conscious of what your reality is trying to show you, reflect back to you so that you can start to choose something different.
When you allow yourself to sit with it, observe, pay attention of what is actually going on, dive deeper into the emotions that are being activated, all the aspects that are screaming for our attention, and just allow ourselves to realize what and why we are creating this experience you will have much more information. For far too long we’ve been shunning away from knowing more, realizing more, remembering more because at some level we were comfortable. It might sound crazy, but some aspects have gotten so comfortable with the painful and out-of-alignment reality that becoming more aware might mean that they actually have to do something different for a change and the ego does not do well with change. It can sit in its own pile of shit and not do anything to change it because it perceives that to be safe and stable when in reality it is quite the opposite.
This is about opening up our eyes and recognizing that we are not meant to just sit on a pile of our own shit, is it time to see where we are sitting and then choose to move out of it so we can create something that supports our Light. It’s time to fully commit to the reality that you are experiencing and become fully aware of what frequencies inside are creating it, why they are creating it and shift them. This is an inside job, you don’t change your reality by trying to change others, you change it by shifting the energy that you hold inside and that “out there” starts to change accordingly.
Start to pay attention to everything even the most minute detail and then start to see/hear/feel how your body/field reacts to it; this will clue you in to all the frequencies inside that are creating this reality and you’ll be able to focus/reconnect to those parts of your body to work things through. Think of your body as a mansion, with trillions of rooms, each room has emotions, beliefs, aspects trapped inside that transmit out certain frequencies that recode your field and create the reality that you perceive. Most of these trapped energies are unhealed aspects, abandoned versions of ourselves that need to be let out so they can re-integratde back into the purity of your heart. The more you feel your body and sense the heaviness of these frequencies the more you’ll be able to reconnect with all of these aspects and work to resolve every frequency they still hold within. This is not an overnight process, this is a journey, a marathon, so pace yourself when you need to but at the same time be always ready to feel/sense and resolve more and more of these aspects within.
The more you honor the journey, honor the reality and accept it for what’s trying to show you and wake you up to the faster you’ll be able to re-align it to one that fully supports your Light.
