Ascension Keepers

My partner and I recently subscribed to the Gaia channel. If you don't know what it is, it's basically like Netflix but the spiritual version... and it is amazing! It has tons of videos on so many different topics and themes for the mind, body and spirit. There is so much that got unlocked from looking the Ancient Origins but there was another one that he started watching called Ascension Keepers and that one was an interesting one because it literally knocked me down. I couldn't even truly finish it because it was so heady for me at that moment.
The Ascension Keepers that they mention are actually the Essences. This is a part of history that resonates with me very much and I feel/know that I was an Essence back in one of my lifetimes. I started reading the book Jesus and the Essences by Dolores Canon and so that also clued me in that I have a very strong connection to the Essences and now that i know that they were teaching about ascension and the ligthbody, the rainbow body it made total sense. I probably will have to step back, let me integrate that and come back to that show later on.
