This month we are diving deep into the world of dimensions, the 3rd, 4th and 5th. There seems to be a bit of confusion or misunderstanding or newness on these topics for some people and I wanted to offer some more information. Right now there is a big collapse going on, everything that was held from a 3D frequency is falling down, falling apart, dismantling before our very eyes so that the new frequencies of the 5D and above can continue to anchor and integrate.
But now what exactly is the 3D matrix world? Firstly, it’s not just the material world that is compiled of objects with depth, it is much more than that. The material world still exists in the 4th, 5th dimensions, you will still have a physical body and food and shelter as you move up the ladder. When we talk about 3D, the old world, we are referring to a frequency, a vibration, an inharmonious, discordant tone and melody that keeps us locked, keeps us suppressed, keeps us in fear, keeps us dormant, keeps us sick and separate from who we truly are. This vibration is running inside of our bodies and in our fields and therefore we have kept creating, attracting and manifesting things in our reality that keeps us in this frequency whether we are conscious or unconscious of it, whether we want it or not. Yes, there are things and experiences that we have called forth in this 3D reality that have been very harsh, hard, challenging, confusing and painful to endure but at a soul level we knew that those experiences were going to assist us in what we came here to break down and break free from. Think of it as an infiltration operation that we volunteered and chose to assist this planet so that we can bring forth a new age.
Everything happening on this planet is accelerating and fast tracking this operation. Yes there are many people still quite oblivious to this, but there are many more that are waking up faster and faster to something more. They may not be able to put their finger on it, but they are starting to become attracted and drawn to topics revolving around energy, spirituality, chakras, law of attraction, new earth and this is only the beginning. This is the fourth dimension, this is where you start to wake up to more than what you’ve been taught. This is where the heavy duty clearing takes place, this is where you start to experience the Dark Night of the Ego, this is where the emotional clearing starts to amp up and your world starts to show you all the areas where you are still holding on to fear, lack, judgment and many more things.
Now remember that you don’t live in one dimension and one dimension only. In fact, you are a multidimensional being that lives and operates in ALL dimensions at once whether you are conscious of it or not. The dimension that you are mostly focused on is the one that you will experience the most of. You have the ability to choose, to change, to shift dimensions easier than you probably think and right now everything that is still keeping you tied to the old will come up to the surface. All the judgment, prejudice, injustice, violence, chaos, disasters, corruption and manipulation that is showing up in the world right now is meant to bring forth deep, rooted emotions, beliefs, memories and programs that are still held within you so that you can break free. Yes, we are meant to be free, we are meant to live in complete harmony, peace, love and joy but the programs that have been running our lives have kept us asleep and completely separated from who we truly are.
The 4th dimension is where you start to unlock more of your pure, Divine essence, your light, your truth, your power and your purpose. You start to open your eyes to a different way, a different path, not the one that you were told you needed to follow or had to follow in order to live happy and thrive in this world. I will be very bold in stating this but most of EVERYTHING that you were taught was part of the old system and program, which is part of the reason why this journey is quite the emotional roller coaster at times. It is part of the breaking-free-from-the-old journey that we have to feel all those heavy emotions of anger, frustration, sadness, hatred, shame, guilt and judgment. Many people have coined and labeled these as negative emotions but we have to let go of this label too because the connotation behind ‘negative’ brings the belief that these emotions are bad and that we shouldn’t feel them because we don’t want to be a bad person. These are just emotions period. They are part of the human experience, there isn’t anything wrong or bad about feeling angry, hate or guilt and when you learn to own it, accept it, declare that you are feeling it you are able to open yourself up to actually letting it go. When you release the emotion, yeah you may have to cry a little, or cry a lot, you may need to get that anger out through moving, or yelling or punching a pillow, but the energy will start to dissolve, you will start to feel lighter and you will start to feel free; free from the heaviness, free from the falseness of the belief that it was attached to, free from the ties and free to actually be who you are.
As you continue to clear and dissolve and break free from more and more programming you start to tap into this space of inner peace, inner love, pure presence, pure love and pure gratitude. You will start to tap into what we call the 5th Dimension, Heaven, New Earth, the Golden Age, the magical realm and so many other descriptive words that are out there. This is where you start to feel the fluidity of space and time where time actually stars to disappear. Your value system starts to change, the way you spend your time and who you spend your time will change, the things you do to make a living start to change as well, the things you buy, the things you support, the things you watch, listen, do, say and I should probably say just about EVERYTHING will change. Now does this happen all at once? Will it be in phases? It will probably be in phases but I want to remind you that right now things are accelerating at a ridiculous rate. The frequency on the planet right now is at an all time high and in a no bullshit kind of energy, where everything old is got to go. Things are shifting so fast but that doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to physically go fast, in fact for many of us it is forcing us to do the opposite, go slow, take our time, be more present, have more alone time, change up our routine. Everything that has happened this year thus far has allowed and in some cases forced us to do this. The spiritual meaning of the quarantine is for people to go within, go inside their heart and soul to re-discover themselves. Of course, this is a never ending journey but so many people are starting it now because of what is going on in the world and it is very exciting to see.
The frequency of the 5th Dimension and above is the opposite of what we are used to, it is the opposite of what we’ve been taught and our human ego has a challenging time with it that it will try to hang on and hold on to the old until it is no longer an option. Yes, your human ego no longer runs the show in 5D which is beautiful because now you actually get to live without all the fear, lack and judgment that your ego held on for sooooo long. You get to live free and share your light with the world so that they too can remember and start to choose this new unified frequency of love. Nothing in 5D is the same, you’re not even the same person, your whole identity starts to change and you will start to embody a completely new frequency. If you would have known me five years ago, one year ago or heck even 6 months ago, I am not the same person that I was back then.Yes, this is a complete re-writing from inside, out, top to bottom you name it and this is why it’s so important to honor the process, honor the journey and be gentle with yourself. There is so much to be uncovered, discovered and re-discovered within that it takes time, it takes a lot of focus, energy and commitment but when you start to do it and choose it you will discover that there is nothing more important than your journey because re-discovering who you truly are is the most amazing gift and remembrance that you will get to have; it will change your entire existence.
I may say this lightly but the unveiling of yourself, the complete shift that you get to experience and the freedom you get to embody is priceless. There is literally nothing that can compare to it, there is no price tag on it and there will never be. You will never be able to go back to living the old, unfulfilled life that you have been living for so long and it will be like your whole life will have a new meaning. I can go on and on and on about this experience but it’s time for you to experience it and not take my word for it. It’s time to allow, choose and claim that for yourself because you are ready, you deserve it and the whole world is waiting to see your light.
We have an amazing opportunity to let go of a ridiculous amount of old beliefs and programs that would have probably taken us years or even decades to do. These energies are heightening every day and even though I wish I can say that things will be unicorns, rainbows and sunshine’s all the time before that actually happens, we have to go through the process of uncovering all that we still have buried deep within ourselves. Trust me as challenging as this may seem it is SOOOO worth it and if you need any support or guidance, please reach out. This is NOT the time to hold it all in and wish for the best, this is NOT the time to suppress it in hopes that it will all go away somehow, this is NOT the time beat ourselves up for holding all these heavy emotions, this is the time to be OPEN, be REAL, be YOU and be FREE. You have a soul family here that is ready to assist and guide as much as you are allowing of it.

New Earth Ascension Guide

Leaving old earth behind is what all of us are being called to do NOW. Letting go of the old ways, the old systems, the old program and the old beliefs. Everything that is part of the old world is collapsing right now and will continue because we are ready for New Earth.

If you're asking yourself, how are we then supposed to "fix" the system, change the corruption, uncover the dark and create justice? The answer is not out there, it is held deep inside of each and every single one of us.

We don't have to do it the long, hard, way of breaking, fixing, changing the system from outside and continuing to be involved because then your reality will collapse with it as well.

Now some people have chosen this for their own reason and purposes and this is why it is SO IMPORTANT to honor each and everyone's journey because only them and their soul can choose and decide something different.

Those that choose to break the system by pulling completely away from it and going deep inside to where those systems are held in place will be able to change the same system from a completely different energy and at a much faster rate.
If you're thinking how is this actually possible? Well, you see everything is energy therefore everything functions from an energetic system that is governed by codes and grids that are held within your physical body. We can't physically see them yet because our physical eyes have been trained to only decipher very small bits of information and our pineal eye (third eye) hasn't yet fully developed to its maximum potential, or for most of us anyway.

The easiest way for me to explain this to you is through feelings and emotions. Each feeling and emotion is tied to a program or belief that is consciously and unconsciously running and weaving through your body and therefore creating your physical reality. Many/most of us have been suppressing, oppressing, denying, hiding and even lying about all the emotions that we feel because we weren't taught that emotions were safe. We were taught not to show emotions, not to cry, not to yell, not to get angry and to be “good” girls and boys. This programming has been deeply embedded in our subconscious and has been running our lives for a very long time. You see, when an emotion is suppressed for so long it holds a strong frequency bandwidth that dictates the experiences in your life. For instance if you have the emotion of fear deep inside and haven't been able to accept it, express it and release it then you will be unconsciously attracting situations that invoke/create more fear, more lack and more separation.
ALL of the old 3D systems on this planet have been based and are rooted on the emotion of fear and lack. They have placed rules, laws and regulations to keep the population in fear and lack. We have lived in fear of breaking these rules, breaking these laws, breaking the mold, following our own heart and soul because of fear and lack; fear of not being accepted by society if we do things different/our way and fear of not surviving in this world, not making enough money if we don’t follow the system in place. This one emotion of fear that we have suppressed for too long is actually creating the very same system that we want to break free from. I know, it’s a pretty tricky situation but I want to empower you and assist you in remembering that the answer is truly deep inside of you. One of the many things that we can do to break FREE from those systems is to go DEEP WITHIN and identifying each emotion that we have inside so we can release it, integrate it and become whole. When the human collective chooses to do this and completely lets go of the blame game, control game, manipulation game, then all those 3D systems have no chance of surviving and we will be free again.

Now the important thing to remember is that you and me are the human collective, each person will go through their own journey and their own experiences but we can each decide to do the INNER work and break FREE from the old so we can anchor New Earth realities. We are not here to wait for anyone, save anyone, convince anyone or convert ANYONE about ANYTHING because every single person holds the light that will reveal what each person is ready to know in their own Divine time. If you ask me, THIS makes things A LOT easier because all we have to do is HOLD and SHINE our LIGHT bright and bold and THIS will automatically assist others in remembering and rekindling their own LIGHT. It’s actually a lot more simple than we probably think, NOW the DEEP INNER work and emotional release is definitely a journey and a deep process. that we ALL have to go through. This is our strength and our calling and we are here to remember how to master our own energy and life.

These next three months are going to be immense. Remember that the human collective is just starting to wake up so this is ONLY the beginning, the beginning of hard times in the old world and the beginning of wonderful times in New Earth. The old earth and New Earth are going to become more and more different and everything right now is giving us an opportunity to choose on which earth do we want to live in. Now let me remind you that old earth and New Earth are both in the same planet, this isn’t a physical location that you travel by in a boat or a plane or a spaceship, they are both physical realities that hold opposite programs and grids that again are held within the physical structure.

New Earth is already here on this planet, breathing, living and thriving and now we have to choose/decide/allow ourselves to fully step through the GOLDEN gates of Heaven. All we had to do is LET GO fully and completely of the old ways, old beliefs, old truths, old perceptions, old relationships and old world. New Earth is light and floaty as a feather and we cannot bring along all of that old weight with us. All of the old programs are too heavy and our bodies were not meant to carry all that weight. Our bodies are shifting, morphing and transforming into our new lightbodies so we can fully live as Ascended Masters here on New Earth.

If you haven’t done so yet, pull away, as often as you need to as often as you are guided to because we don’t belong to the old world anymore, we don’t need to exist within that battle and we are no longer going to allow our lives to be controlled by the old systems and structures. If you are asking, well how am I supposed to survive, make money or feed my family? Those are all valid questions but if you go down to the bottom of this, the reality of that even being a possibility comes down to the fear and lack that you are still holding inside. These emotions are making you think/believe/perceive that if you don’t live by the system then you can’t earn/make/create a whole new reality and income stream for yourself and that is false. There are many companies that are functioning outside of the old 3D matrix, there are new businesses and models that are being created right now to support New Earth, there are people right now that are ready and willing to pay you, hire you, support you and contribute to your mission, your vision and your energy BUT you have to be fully OPEN, fully ALLOWING and fully available so these opportunities find you.

New Earth is here, it is growing, it is real and it is happening before your very eyes, you just have to choose YES to it, say YES to every aspect of it and at the same time say NO to the old, falling systems. They will fall anyway whether you “do” something or you don’t, but the sooner you remember that WE can thrive based on a system of pure love and peace and joy then those systems will disappear from your reality and they won’t govern your life.

New Earth Ascension Guide

Hello dear family!
And so our journey begins!

Are you ready?

The next two months we diving deep into our own 3/4 systems, structures and programs as we make more room for our New Earth frequencies. Everything from old beliefs, habits, relationships, words, emotions must change in order to free yourself from the old world.


This is the time to become very real with yourself. See all the things that are in your reality for what they are and become fully accountable for everything that you are creating. This is our journey back to full Source Consciousness; this is how we start to become fully aware of the frequencies that we hold within us. As much as we’d like to think that the system is out there, as much as we’ve been led to believe that others have done things to us and point fingers at the outside world, the truth is that EVERYTHING is held right inside you. Sometimes they are so hidden inside of you that you may not even realize it or recognize but now it’s time to BECOME fully aware and conscious.


Again, I want to remind you that this is a journey, a marathon, NOT a sprint. This is not an overnight deal, where you wake up and all of a sudden you’re in New Earth in your Lightbody. No, remember we are the wayshowers, the trailblazers, the ones that have to go through the transition fully conscious so that we can pave the way for the rest of humanity to follow as they choose. The wonderful part is that you’re not alone, you have your soul family now, you have an amazing support team that is here assisting you every step of the way and most important you have your Divine Soul and Light with all the answers and all the love that you need.


As we continue to move closer and close to New Earth, it will be easier and easier to leave old earth behind. You will start to remember that New Earth is available to ALL of us and the more we choose it for ourselves the more we assist others in remembering that there is another way, a NEW way, a more loving and harmonious way to live in this world. It starts with me, with you and with all of us.


The next few months will become more intense as the old 3D matrix continues to break, fall and collapse and it is time to jump ship. Yes, your full commitment and service is required so that you can start to become free again, free from all the cords, attachments and judgments that held the old matrix in place. It is time to fully trust and fully remember that as you unify with the Universal quantum world you open yourself up to an infinite sea of magical opportunities that are waiting for you on the other side. As hard/harsh as the 3/4D world seems, it is part of a holographic illusion that is perceived from a separated lens BUT the good news is that it can be molded and shifted into a magical new word. Nothing is fixed, nothing is set in stone, everything CAN be changed and morphed which is why it is SUPER important to change your focus, change your lens, change your words, change your perspective and perception of everything that is going on so that you can start to see the pure, organic, beautiful, magical realms of 5D and above that are already all around you, so much closer than you may think, all you have to do is fully let go and honor everything. It is truly that simple.

New Earth Ascension Guide & Wayshower

I just read an article on LinkedIn with the hashtag #normalizecrying and it truly touched me and inspired me to share more so we can truly remember that crying is such a HUGE part of this journey.
This whole year has been an emotional year for me. I made a bold move by quitting my job and going full time on my ascension journey/business even though financially it didn’t make sense. I just knew I had to follow my heart/soul and trust.
And so it began... a slew of emotions, feelings that uncovered memories, experiences, beliefs and truths that I didn’t know about myself. Things that were stopping me and blocking me from receiving, sharing and being my true Light. I held so much judgment about myself and about my perception of why things weren’t working out for me until I decided to let all of that go. I chose to free myself and one of the ways to do it is through feeling every one of the emotions I had locked up inside of myself. I cried, cried, cried and cried a thousand times more. I released the judgment I had on how much I had actually cried and decided to honor this process instead. I allowed my body to do what it had to do to clear all that heaviness from deep inside of me. I allowed the tears to cleanse and purify my being from deep within. I allowed myself to be emotional, to be free, to express myself and to release all that was locked deep within me. I didn’t care how much I thought I had already cried, I didn’t care what others would say or think, one time I was driving to the grocery store and all of a sudden a slew of tears came out. When I got there I wiped them up and I decided to go inside shortly after, without trying to fix myself up and pretend I hadn’t cried my eyes out.
Through this process I realized that as a society we haven’t been ok with crying, we haven’t been ok with our kids crying or others crying, it’s like we immediately want to stop this natural flow from coming out and all we’ve ever learned is to stay quiet, suppressed our emotions and hold back our tears.
It’s time to remember that it is more than ok, more than necessary and more than important to let those tears out. Allow yourself to cry, allow your kids to cry, allow the boys and men to cry, and remind them that it ok in fact it’s a very natural thing. We’ve associated crying with pain, with hurt, with judgment and it’s time to change that. Yes sometimes it’s painful and hurtful but deep down crying is an alchmical process to assist your body in releasing, clearing and purifying all the blocks, heaviness and impurities out of your system. It’s almost like your urine, it has to be released and the more you hold it in the more harmful it is. So let them out, let them shine and let them flow.
Throughout the ascension journey crying will become so normal that you’ll actually be happy and excited when it comes because you know that you’ll feel better and that you’re shedding another layer of dirt from you that will allow you to shine your light even brighter.
No matter what other say or think, no matter what you’ve been taught in the past remind yourself:
It is safe to cry.
