The energy that we are all feeling and experiencing right now is assisting us in many ways even if we are experiencing it as an increased amount of emotions, stress and even pain. Our bodies are trying to release a lot of karma, a lot of energy blocks, a lot of programming and most of us planned exactly how this would occur before we incarnated here. Even though it we may be going through an immense amount of stress, anxiety and overwhelm here is what is actually going on: everything is accelerating, quickening and helping us to awaken in the fastest way possible and that may mean that we may need to experience the exact opposite in order to shake us up and “force” us to choose what we really want and Awaken us to who we really are. We may be experiencing a lot of emotions that we may have not felt in a long time, a lot of anger and sadness is coming up to the surface and since we are all connected we may also be feeling the pain and suffering that others are feeling at a very intense level. In my experience the best thing to do is not to fight it, don’t go against the flow of this energy, and instead use this energy to create more love. Appreciate and bring the power of grace into every situation that you are dealing with and you will see how you will be able to feel so much more at peace with anything that may be going on in your life and it will give you the strength to endure it and the power to take more control over it. You may be asking how can I also help those around me that are also dealing with the heightening of emotions and stress, again remember we are all connected and there are a lot of emotions that we are all experiencing as a collective so the more you clear your own stress and transmute your emotions you will be helping other people clear theirs as well. Taking care of you and clearing your own baggage does more for the world than we can truly imagine right now so don’t feel guilty or shameful for taking time to be alone and doing what you are guided to do for you as you’re truly doing it for the world as well. These times are truly magical; we are all at the most exciting and intense part of the roller coaster but we signed up for this, we wanted to ride it because we knew that in the end it was going to be one of the most rewarding things could do for this planet. Bloating, birthing and more
Have you been feeling bloated lately? If so, you’re not the only one. I recently heard three fitness gurus talking about the subject and I knew that it was a collective experience. I started feeling unusually bloated since three weeks ago and I wasn’t quite sure why, I wasn’t eating too differently, I was starting to workout a bit more but I still felt my lower tummy larger than usual. Now from my past experience I’ve learned to let things be and ask questions instead of labeling things or trying to fix things; there is always a higher purpose to everything and I knew my body was doing something that was helping me in some way or another manifest what I was asking. The answer came from two other spiritual teachers that I listen to. As I was listening to one of their videos and all of a sudden the answer came. They briefly mentioned how one of the many body changes one experiences as you physically ascend is your belly starts to blow up literally aka you feel bloated. The cool part about it is that the meaning is quite literal, not only is your body expanding but so is your power and your sense of control. In fact in may even look like you’re pregnant and about to give birth and you are, you are birthing a new reality, a new world and stepping into a new dimension. Our body speaks to us in more direct and literal ways than we may think, it’s just a matter of asking what is going on and keeping your ears, mind and heart open for the answer. Now you may be experiencing other symptoms that may also be associated with birthing pains, the exact ones that you experienced when you were literally pregnant with your children and if that is the case, now you know what may be happening. The caveat to this is always ask your body never assume anything. Here are three ways to best go through this bloating experience:

They didn’t use to hurt before and he feels the pain more and more. I didn’t realize it until after we had finished the conversation that I have also been experiencing pain in my legs too. Sometimes I come home after a long day at work and my legs feel sore almost as if they are growing pains! So I started thinking of whether we were both experiencing pain for the same reason and the answer came to me: we were not. Even though we are both going through similar situations my friend we are all different and it’s important to tune in to our bodies to see what is going on because it could be a different message for each person.
Now let’s talk about the legs. Our legs allow us to move in the world, they are what we use to step forward, it is what connects us and grounds us to the earth and supports our body. What could pain in the legs possibly mean? Well one thing is for sure, most of the messages that the body is trying to tell you are most often than not very literal. So if you think about the actual function of that particular part of the body it could very likely be a clue to why you’re having that pain or discomfort. Experiencing pain in the legs has to do with movement, with going forward, stepping out or towards what you desire. Are you moving towards your higher goals, are you stepping in the direction of the things that will bring you love, peace, happiness and abundance? If you’re feeling pain your body may be trying to let you know that you’re not going towards your desired direction. There is likely an energy block in your legs and in your life that is preventing you from being in the flow and allowing things to come easy In your life. Remember life is about a constant flow, your whole body is always moving and changing inside but if there is a block in your body, if you’re resisting something in your life then your body will let you know through pain. If you’re feeling more of a discomfort as in growing pains like myself you may very well be growing in your power, standing taller and grounding more into a new reality. It personally feels as if you were 7 years old and just want to lay down and rest. You may not be literally growing in height although anything is possible right? But hey its still pretty exciting and you’re less grumpy or angry about the discomfort that it brings. When you know/feel/sense that you are indeed moving towards your desires and you’re ready to make the big changes and step out of your comfort zone then you will know that this discomfort is a sign of you growing into your power and higher purpose. Pretty Cool right? Even though It may be challenging at first it is only temporary and you in the end you will end up being being taller and bigger than you were before. So pain in the legs could be one or both, a message that you’re not moving in the desired direction and/or a growing pain that you have to go through like when you were little in order to grow into a bigger more powerful being. So tune in, ask your body what the message is and be open to the answer. Much change is occurring in your body and the more you ask the more awareness you will have, the easier it will be to move through it. of sunlight piercing through our planet. This energy has been intensifying for quite awhile. 2012 was a big turning point in our planet and although many people thought it was the end of the world it was actually the end of an era, sort of like the end of the 'dark ages.' Now if you're thinking that these so called 'dark ages' haven't completely disappeared, or at least it doesn’t seem like it, it can be true or it can seem like it’s true, we are experiencing, quite intensely I might add, the last of these lower dense energies. Anyway, my point being is that the more light that permeates our planet the more we are able to awaken, see and clear all those old heavy-duty energies that we have been carrying for too long and finally raise our vibration! Here are a few tips that can assist you in your raising your frequency this summer. 1. Get more sunlight! Pretty basic, right? especially since I just said we are now getting a lot of sunlight on earth. The thing is we have forgotten our connection to the sun and to nature. Make it a point to be outside a little bit more than before and soak all that amazing and wonderful sunlight when the best time for you may be. 2. Visualize more light! Imagination is one of the most powerful tools you can use to create a new reality and raise your vibration. By visualizing more light coming into your body, surrounding yourself with more light, breathing in light you will consequently feel lighter! Your body is meant to run smoothly and the more you let light in the easier it will be to clear your energetic blocks. The less energetic blocks you have the better your body will function, the more you guidance you will receive, the easier it will be for you to move towards your goals and dreams. 3. Drink more water! With more sunlight comes more heat and more dehydration. It is very important that you keep yourself always hydrated and with plenty of water around you. You yourself is made of 70% or more of water so making sure you are replenishing is very important when it comes to clearing and raising your frequency. Water is part of who you are, it is a wonderful element that provides much healing for you and your body so give yourself more self-love by enjoying more water. If you feel there may be obstacles that may prevent you from doing this, ask yourself where do I feel these energy blocks in my body and breathe them out. Breathing them out is one of many techniques you can use to clear this energy and move forward. So do what you are guided to do and have a beautiful summer. You write the letter and then you send it off. As a child you literally let it go. You are not worried about whether or not Santa is going to receive it, you’re not angry about the fact that you haven’t gotten your gift because you know it’s not Christmas just yet. You simply write it and then you let it go. You go about your life and you play. That’s exactly what we should continue to do when we write our goals and dreams. First of all there is power in writing them down. It goes from your brain, to your heart and out of your hands in a magical way. When we write them, we need to know that we will receive them with certainty and we should not worry about them. We need to keep being happy and playful because that will keep us in a high vibration which means we will be open to receive guidance and signs that will assist in us receiving what we want. A kid knows that Christmas is coming for sure. There is no doubt in his mind that it won’t because it always does. That’s the kind of faith we need to have as well and trust that our highest self will deliver exactly what we are ready for. We need to learn so much from children because it is actually them who come to teach us a new way of living. So let’s be like children, write our goals, let them go and be excited because that is what will get us to receive them sooner. Namaste! Sam |
