Your Body Care is Crucial

One of my favorite things to use is Epson salt to care for the body.
During these times and ANY times really, it’s even more important to double up on our body care.
Your body carries all your heaviness and even others, so all your stress, anxiety, worry, beliefs are actually stuck in your muscles and cells and start creating aches, pains and illnesses.
It’s important to allow your body to relax, to loose up and not be so tense. Tenseness keeps the heaviness in and when you relax you allow the muscles to open which help you release all the heaviness.
Your body is your ally, remember it can heal itself. It is here to guide you, to communicate with you and tell you what it needs in order to function optimally.

Talk to it.
Listen to it.
Care for it.

Your body is going through major changes at this time. You may not know exactly what is going on but your body is responding to cosmic energies. Remember that I’ve been saying you’re supported now more than ever before? Well cosmically there is an incredible amount of photonic energy that is bringing so much light into our planet. Your body is releasing, purging, expanding in order to anchor ALL that light that is here to assist in bringing New Earth. So if you’re having weird symptoms right now, it’s normal. Don’t be alarm, you’re not sick.
You’re upgrading.
It’s best to not use the old labels anymore as that was part of old 3D unconsciousness.
You are light and you are meant to hold nothing but the light of your soul. As it stands most of us do not, we have a lot of distortions and that is just part of the 3D game.
Now that we are shifting into a New Earth Consciousness we have to bring the body along not just the mind.
Get ready for a WHOLE NEW existence here on this planet.
Yes it will get bizarre but it’s part of the magic.
Always honor your body.
It is ready to ascend with you, it’s time you allow it so let’s get out of the way, out of the mind and back into our heart. It will help us to feel safe during the process.
