The Heart and Gut

We have been going through massive heart opening and gut cleansing sequences for awhile now and it’s all part of the process. The heart is one of the most protected and guarded parts of the body because of just how much distortion we have experienced with the concept of love throughout our lifetimes. As these frequencies keep coming through and anchoring inside of our body we will continue to feel, sense, clear and release a lot of the old programming that was constructed around the heart. The gut on the other hand is also being hammered with cleansing and purification sequences non-stop. As the old structural system of the 3D world continues to unravel our own gut system will continue to purge anything and everything that was tied to it. We are literally cleaning out all the gunk and junk that was inside our organs so that we can make way and carve the path to our New HUman existence here.
I’ve been personally feeling these parts of the body quite strongly for weeks now, it’s on and off, sometimes I feel both at the same time and sometimes separately it just depends on the level of density that each holds within their own physical body. Continue to tune in and ask how can you best support this process? I’ve been back on a deep organ cleanse for a week now and I’ve been flushing tons with it which does accelerate the process.
Every organ in the body is going through a major reconstruction process right now and it’s important to support it in any way that we are guided. The 3D world will continue to collapse and all our safety mechanisms, security and stability structures that were held in place throughout ALL of our existences are no longer tied to the old systems. In fact you don’t want to be tied to anything that is 3D related because it will create a reality collapse in your own world too. You have a choice, do you want to keep supporting the old ways or can you come to a place of respect for what needs to occur in the old world to wake people up and just allow yourself to build from the NEW templates, NEW frequencies, NEW structures and NEW belief systems? Everyone is being faced with that choice over and over again because so much of our realities were/are tied to the old systems in ways that sometimes we were totally unconscious of. It’s time to see our attachments, feel all the emotions and dissolve it all from within.
Root Focus
For about a couple of days now I’ve been seeing and working with the color red more than usual. Red cars park in front of the house, I saw red cars everywhere when I went to the park yesterday, I was guided to start painting with the color red, crimson and different shades of red and I’ve been flushing like crazy all tied to the root core programs. I’ve also been listening to a lot more timeline collapses here in the city where ambulances go off pretty regularly throughout the day. I think I had about a week of calm and peace but now they are back up again and it symbolizes the next set of 3D collapses that will continue to occur all over the planet.
Feel into the earthquakes that are happening, the storms and hurricanes making their way right now all will at some level will create an unanchoring experience for many as the ground gets shaken up and cleared up. Some of us may not be going through the physical experience of it but we are ALL going through the same thing in some aspect. The 3D world is no longer going to provide the safety and security that it once did and this is giving us an opportunity to reclaim back our power and not giving it away to a system that never had our back.
It’s time to feel into it all. All our root programs and beliefs are being tested and will continue so we can become more aware of where we are still wanting or waiting or expecting the old world to support us, keep us safe, feed us and acknowledge us. The old world might have provided all of these things but with a price tag, with a karmic contract, with terms and conditions that kept our Light completely shut off. And yet most of us worked hard for this system, we gave it our all, we fought and sold our Soul just to keep a roof over our heads. Yup, we all did it and it was all distorted as hell but we created it all so we can one day wake up and completely dismantle this system and break completely free.
Move
The frequencies that are coming through right now are shifting, changing and moving a lot of things out. Remember you’re not stuck anymore and you’re not bound by the old reality as we once thought we were. All the energy of the old world kept us immobile, stuck and stagnant but not anymore, it’s time to move. Whatever you’re being called to do at this moment will require movement because it will assist in reversing the old energies that created much havoc in our world. Whether it’s just moving the body, moving out old things that don’t support you anymore, moving things/furniture around our house or maybe traveling, relocating or simply shifting out your internal energies it doesn’t matter as all will be a necessary part of the process. Moving your body will allow your muscles to break free from the old, letting go of old material objects will free up your physical space/reality, traveling will allow you to move out of your current energy even if it’s just going to the park or a nature site, relocating temporary or permanently might be your next big move as sometimes you come to realize that being in the same location, same house, surrounded by the same environment won’t support you in actually getting out of a certain reality. If we are “stuck” in the reality that we want to move away from its challenging to see different perspectives, open up to new possibilities, see new doors, open new portals from the same space that created it all. At some level you have to move out, you have to take yourself out of that place or situation so that you can open your heart to perceive more than you could if you just stay there. Again this doesn’t have to mean travel a thousand miles from where you are this may just mean spend more time outside, in nature, at the park, by the lake, etc. When I was living at my parents in their one bedroom apartment my body would “force” me to move and go for a walk or go out to the park and I would spend hours on the grass or by the lake just allowing myself the opportunity to retune with the frequencies of Gaia and just open up my heart more to my current reality and create new ones. It was one of the most liberating experiences that I still have and that still supports me so much in my journey, in shifting out the old, creating new possibilities and living in new realities. It’s beyond powerful!
New Support System
As the old support system continues to collapse a whole New Earth one is emerging. Don’t wait for it to appear in the news headlines or TV or cover of magazines though because as New Earth HUmans we don’t wait and we don’t expect anything from the “outside” world before first becoming it. We have to hold the New Earth Support System in our own bodies and not just that but live by it as well. This is far different than what old earth functioned from and where we lived from but it is coming online for more and more of us as we speak. The more we dissolve the old systems the more we allow for a whole new template to emerge from inside and exist from. Fear, lack and judgment about money, stability, security and support is going to keep dissolving within us as this only brought more of the same thing, fear, lack and judgment where we continued to play the never ending karmic loop cycle of believing that there wasn’t enough for us all.
Support has so many different facets and levels in which it operates from that I might have to create a new writing just on this as this is shifting faster and faster each day. At the core of it all we are building a whole new support system for us and for the entire New Earth HUman Collective where there is plenty for all and abundance in every level possible. As we move into this system we have to create it in our own individual lives first and shift from the old ways of living in lack, functioning from fear, hoarding things and emotions, keeping our resources only for ourselves and judging all aspects that still function from this place. A new level of existence is coming online from our deep sacred remembrance of who we are, what we are and how connected we are to everything. The separated aspects that still live inside have been running the show for far too long in this journey and it is time to unify them all aspects of ourselves so they can live from this place of ONEness and in unity with all.
Having our hearts wide open shifts everything out that is in the way of coming to us that fully supports our New Earth existence. Our hearts know nothing more than what we are as pure Divine Beings, worthy of everything and capable of anything. Living from this place opens up countless doors, windows, possibilities, opportunities and realities that are not available if we keep on living from our human, logical and linear mind. Our mind closes doors, our heart opens them, our mind wants things to look “perfect”, our hearts honors everything as is, our mind keeps us believing we are not good enough, and our hearts reminds us that we are more than enough and worthy of everything that comes from purity. Dissolving our human aspects that still function from the mind, that want to know everything in advance, that want to see the logic in everything is a BIG part of the process. If we don’t see these aspects, own them, feel them and dissolve them inside we will continue to feel stuck and stagnant and we will be completely closed and blind folded to all the pure bliss and magic that is literally unfolding before our very eyes. We would be doing a disservice to us and the whole world by keeping ourselves small and separate because we have collectively said “game over”, no more playing in the old, time to break free and play in the NEW!
It’s all happening, deeper and deeper and more visible in our own realities. Yes, it will be visible “out there” for those that still are asleep and unconscious but for those that are aware it’s time to let the old world sort itself out and keep focusing on your New Earth Reality, on your New Earth HUman transformation and keep anchoring more Light within.
