Personal Updates 082721

This whole week has been a complete de-constructing and re-constructing at a deep cellular level. I’ve gone through this many times before but I am becoming more and more conscious when it happens, how my body reacts, what my body needs and just to surrender to the entire process.
Every day it's been resting and sleeping all throughout the day under the sun, out on the patio or inside the house, just allowing my body to integrate a massive amount of codes. It’s quite fascinating the evolution that one goes through, at the beginning we don’t want to be sleeping so much, we want to be “productive” from the old perception and be of service but as you continue to ascend you start to realize that during these huge phases there is nothing you can do to be of service to humanity than fully honoring the process and surrendering to the down time that is required for your body to fully anchor and integrate. This is nothing like our human minds and old perceptions think it is.
This is also how we reverse all the programming that we’ve created that plays into the mentality that sleeping or resting is just being lazy and unproductive. We also have the mindset of being busy and with a hectic schedule is what makes one feel important, accomplished and successful. Get ready because all of that goes out the window.
Another interesting thing that I’ve been experiencing all week is a burst of deep emotional clearing right about the same time at night. Every time it is brought forth by things that normally wouldn’t activate such deep emotions, except the animal videos that just are tear jerkers for me especially when they’re about abandoned or inhumane stories that then turn into beautiful endings. Those are pretty normal but there’s been other things that hit me so hard and lately I’ve just been letting the emotion come out without questioning what emotion it is, or what the story is behind it, I just let the energy come through and out for my whole body to feel. This allows me to go all in without the mind getting caught up in the stories or judgment that might come from it and it’s been quite amazing.
Today, after I sleep all morning all of a sudden there was a big frequency shift that occurred in the afternoon where the “go” button hit me and I knew a massive shift, reality collapse, quantum jump is in the midst of happening and so I was just called to move, move my body, move the energy of the house and so I started cleaning. I did some sweeping, then I was called to clean the drawers in the bedroom, just from the outside as everything inside them belongs mostly to my parents so they have to go through them first. Then I went out to get some things I needed, came back and continued to clean the front part of the house. I felt like I had so much energy that I didn’t want to just sit and write, which was a big realization for me. It was like these energies required me to do more than just sit and write, these energies needed me to physically move so I could assist with the shift and the re-coding of the field in order to allow new realities to come through. It is very exciting as I know this will support more of our transition. I know it’s not going to be all roses and flowers and I also get emotional with different things occurring with family and close friends that are going through their own chosen experiences, again it’s important for us to not hold any emotion and just feel it all. This will allow us to get back into a space where we honor, respect and allow each person to go through what they need to go through until they are ready to open their heart and ask for assistance.
The other thing that’s been happening is a big birthing process, which ties in with what I was just saying with the big shifts that are about to take place. Next month is the nine month of the year, which means new realities are about to be birthed as well with the closing of other ones as well. The belly has been bloated throughout the day, the sacral and root are being worked on a lot as well in many different ways. I’m still cleansing my system with a powder cleanse I take each night that supports me in flushing out everything in the morning. The swelling has also been happening and I noticed it for the first time on my face, usually with all the clearing and cleansing I have noticed me dropping weight and sizes like crazy, which is cool because I don’t do any heavy duty exercises like I used to before, this way is way easier haha. But again the swelling of the belly and face comes from the birthing that I’m about to go through as well as the crystals that are activating under my skin which is very exciting. Yes, we literally become crystals as our body becomes crystalline again. Another effect of the birthing and integrating of codes is gas, yes, you are going to be very gassy and noisy. At first I would always think it was something I ate but now that I’m more conscious, I know that it’s all part of the process I am going through right now which makes me relax a little more and just go with the flow. This is another reason why your “normal” job/occupation is going to shift for all of us because when you are deeply in your ascension process, it is way more comfortable to be in your own space and not be confined to a clock or deadlines because the body just won’t support those old ways of existing anymore. Our LightBody upgrades literally take over our entire life and there isn’t anything more important than focusing on what our bodies need so the process is not as challenging especially with all of our old lives in the way.
Open up to this experience more and more and go all in. That’s really the biggest thing that I cannot stress enough. Keep feeling it all and releasing it so you can anchor more trust and a deep knowing that you are going to be fully supported in this process no matter what.
