New Template, Breathing, Equinox Gateway

This past weekend I went through another template wipe out, I’ve gone through many before but this time around was a bit different, it came through quite clearly even though this was much softer than it’s been previously. When we go through template clearings, you do go through a void space, a sense of emptiness, no desire and no inspiration to do anything at all but just be and exist… literally. It is quite the experience because our minds are not used to just being, we have been programmed to always do something, or think or occupy yourself with something and at the beginning it is very outside of our comfort zone. Needless to say it is a very normal and important part of the process that the sooner you become aware that it is happening the more at peace you’ll be come with it all.
Even since I’ve been out of it, it’s definitely been an interesting and different experience. Like I mentioned we go through many, many template clearings and the more we have the more different we become. The old human template held our old perceptions, our old ways of functioning, our old subconscious habits and identities and when all of that gets stripped away you really do become a completely different person. I think personally because you go through so many, it may or may not feel or seem or appear to be as drastic but deep down it actually is. We have to relearn absolutely everything about ourselves, about how to function, about how to make decisions, about how to operate, even how to breathe (I’ll dive deeper into that later), it is truly like you’re rebirthing yourself into a whole new person. And indeed, we are become NEW Earth Humans, it’s almost like we incarnate again and it’s quite exciting and daunting all at the same time.
As I learn and acclimate to this new flow and new ME, it’s been quite interesting to observe. I know I’ve heard this from my teacher but as you embody your Soul and Higher Self aspect the guidance does change, it isn’t so much a voice or a whisper that we hear out there but it becomes more of an internal knowing that you just follow and do. There is no doubt, no questions (for the most part), no fear, it’s quite empowering for sure. This is where you recognize how much the mind had been in the way and how much we thought about things before actually doing them and so much more.
In any case, here I am at the moment, navigating with the energies, becoming a whole new ME and transitions gears as we all.
Breathing
Now breathing has been really interesting as well. I learned a few things last weekend and one of them being when you start to shift dimensions our breathing will also shift as well. It’s been much more noticeable lately, when the frequencies shift I can tell I’m breathing differently as well. Many of us get confused or fear this process because it’s quite bizarre, I’ll admit, but it’s important to keep relaxed and allow your body to tell you how to best breathe. We are so used to breathing deep and full but when you’re shifting it may seem like you’re drowning and can’t get enough air or breathe deeply and this is actually quite normal. Sometimes we will have to do shallow breathing and I’ve been catching myself do this more often when the breathing changes because it’s a lot easier than trying to force myself to breathe deeply. After a while of shallow breathing I relax and it goes back to the “normal” rhythm but now that I know that this is a new normal thing it is so much easier to go with this flow and not force the sighs or deep breaths.
I know many people are going through the shift in breathing and so I invite you to play with the breathe especially when it starts to change and get out of your head so you don’t let the fear overtake and control the entire process. Remember you don’t need to control anything, you just need to surrender. You don’t need to know every little detail and why things are happening, just trust that your body knows exactly what is doing. It seems so funny that we trust our subconscious to lead the major organs and functions of our body but when it comes to the ascension upgrades we want to be involved and control and force things sometimes when we are literally making it harder on the body. I know it’s easier said than done but it comes down to just taking a chill pill and relax, the Light Codes got this! :D
Equinox Gateway
Well, it’s finally here, the big day, although as I’ve mentioned the gateway has been opened since last week. Many people have felt it in many different ways and we will continue to feel it in our bodies and see it out in the world.
One of the big messages that came through last week is the “Big Push”. This last phase of the year is going to be the Big Push for many of us in regards to pushing out everything that does not support your Soul and does not support New Earth. Everything inside of the body and in our reality has to come to a close in many levels so that we are no longer dragged and drugged back into the old system.
Things will continue to transpire all over the world that will break us down so we can finally break our hearts and bodies wide open. Remember we programmed this whole entire 3D matrix game and as so we can also create what I’ll call “short cuts” and “passageways” so we don’t have to go through the brutality and drastic collapse, it’s just going to be up to each person to choose whether or not to take it, whether or not to create the “easy path” which by the way is the most emotional but it’s one of the fastest ways through it.
One of the biggest things for us all is to become even more aware and conscious of our words, thoughts, actions, decisions, energy, etc in every moment so that we can recognize where we are coming from. When we go unconscious and run on autopilot we disconnect from the moment, we disconnect from our bodies and we disconnect from our emotions. There is nothing more sacred, more important, more necessary right now than to be fully present, in your body, feeling everything that comes up for you. I say this with love, but let go of everything that you already know enslaves you, let go of everyone that you know is out of alignment with your Light, let go of all the expectations and judgments of everyone and everything, because when you do you’re opening up yourself to a whole new reality that fully supports your path. It may not be glamorous, it may not be fancy, it will very likely look different than what you thought but as long as your basic necessities are met (which they always will) everything else will be icing on the cake.
New Earth is simple, it is spacious, it is open, it is expansive, it is quiet, it is relaxing, it is magical, it is colorful and it won’t have a lot of things at first and that’s because after we let go of it all, we get the opportunity to re-create everything from a whole new level and much higher state of consciousness. Go back to simple, go back to when you were a kid and you were so happy with plain boxes or plastic containers or random objects around the house that you used to play with. We all know that kids are super creative and don’t really need the super fancy toys and technological gadgets, they find joy in the most simple and inexpensive things, and this is exactly where we each have to go back to. Simple. Our energy as pure peace is simple, it’s not complicated, our minds and ego aspects complicate things way too much and want the elaborate toys and mazes to go through when it is way simpler and much more enjoyable than we think when we let completely go and surrender to the process.
Realities of Fear or Realities of Love
Each and every one of us is choosing to live in a reality of fear or a reality of Love. Every one of us will have to continuously choose whether we want to give into the fear or do we stand firm in our Love. Everyone’s role is extremely important and so remember to keep honoring and respecting everyone’s choice even if it’s coming from fear and unconsciousness. For us that are consciously choosing this path, we have the responsibility to choose Love every single time. Why? Because we are in a space where we must come to honor our energy and who we are as Love and Pure Light always. When we notice ourselves shifting out of pure Love and into fear, that’s ok, go all in and feel it with your entire body. Don’t let it get away, don’t allow yourself to suppress it anymore, honor it for it’s an aspect that needs your support and your attention.
The more we choose to create realities of peace and Love the more we clear the fear from the field. The more we choose our Light and honor who we are, the less control our ego aspects will have on our lives. So just continue to recognize your energy, your words, your choices and keep re-aligning yourself back to the space of Love.
Many people will continue to experience a reality collapse, a physical sense of loss and grief, emotional overwhelm and a hightened awareness of how much the “outer” energies are affecting or interfering with their sense of well-being. We know that that is all part of the process but many don’t and so the more we hold the field of Love in our bodies the more they will be able to sense and relax into this energy so they start to remember that everything is happening for a bigger purpose.
I think I can say that you and me are still quite curious as to how things will unfold for the rest of the year but don’t let that keep you in the waiting game or just watching from the sidelines, keep opening up more and more to feeling it all and to remembering more of what your role and purposes are during this time.
