It's Time To Release!

What a month!! The energy is off the hook! It's truly incredible, I have been releasing so much and for that I am truly grateful and at the same time it has been an experience. 
Two weeks ago I got emotional at work after one of my bosses at work saw one of my projects, good thing my niece truly saved me from staying long at work. A week ago the same thing happened after the staff holiday lunch due to a miscommunication and just yesterday and today I had another opportunity of release. 
I can feel the energy is really off the hook and there is a huge opportunity to release all the baggage that we have been carrying and boy is it a lot! 
I have learned through my experience that release can come in different forms, through crying, through coughing, through sweat, through anger, there is probably an infinite ways and you must honor all of them. Everyone is different and unique. 
So just hang in there, these times are truly energetic. They are a huge time to release; release the old, release the past, release the heavy, release anything and everything dense. It's time to ground and time to be super intentional about everything you want happen in your life. More on this to come since I am also being more intentional in my life. Just remember Intention is everything!
