The energies are gnarly today and just about everyday really. Sometimes it’s more intense than others. Some feel them at different “times”, but everything is amplified at a crazy rate.
Body upgrades, recalibration and now that I’m more connected to my multidimensional and galactic aspects we are doing major work up in the cosmos. Whether you are conscious of it or not our work doesn’t stop even when we are sleeping. We are working 24/7 in all planes, all dimensions, all times and spaces.
Your body will feel it and will need lots of rest, sleep, downtime, alone time, nature time, self love and everything that your body calls for.

Talk to it. It will tell you what it needs.
Honor it above all.
This is truly the time to reconnect with your body, get to know it more, support it as much ~ best as possible. Your Lightbody is coming online and will need new things, new supplements, new foods and a new rhythms. We are no longer going to be functioning well with linear things, linear jobs, linear relationships, linear tasks, linear schedules. All of that was completely opposite of how we truly function and against who we are. We are Quantum Light~Soul~Star beings.
The more you support you Light, Lightbody, Soul purposes the more you will be supported in ways that you can’t even imagine right now.
Go deeper and ask yourself:
What supports my Lightbody? What amplifies my Light? What expands my consciousness? And what does not.
Everything that does not will only keep your body in pain and suffering. It will continue to keep you in old loop cycles, old stories, old timelines. This is why the body is sooooo beyond important because all your thoughts, beliefs, timelines are in your body. The more you detox, release, relax and allow the Light to get integrate it the more you will be living as Light in a completely new reality.

Trust.
Everything is happening for you.
Everything is supporting you now more than ever.
Your body will continue to go through the most bizarre, interesting, intense but amazing new upgrades and retuning experiences. Don’t resort to fear. It will only bring more stress and worry. You won’t know exactly what is going on in that moment and you’re not supposed to because you need to learn to trust first and then the answer will come. The more relaxed, calmed and in trust you are the more you’ll know that everything is alright.
