Energy Update

The last few days have I have felt a huge spike in the energies. Body temperature fluctuations especially around the neck. Kundalini energy very active. Behind the heart and shoulder blade bursting with energy. Tingles on legs and feet. More energy expanding inside creating sore/pain in muscles Huge purification energies are pouring through burning off all toxicity from deeper within. ‬ ‪Headache and pineal gland continue to expand. More remembrance and clarity. ‬ ‪Stomach and gut cleansing. ‬ ‪Keep allowing and surrendering. ‬ We are getting ready for another big shift!

Huge heart opening sequences are pouring through and will only get stronger. Heart palpitations, sensations and even painful muscle expansion is normal. Last night I had a huge heart expansion experience that was bizarre and very painful to say the least. The first time I felt this sensation was back in 2017 during the big total solar eclipse in the US. I felt it so strong and I knew it was prepping us all for big shifts. This one is no exception and these energies are going stronger and stronger with little break it seems. The body is feeling it more and more is being cleared and activated at deeper and deeper levels. This is it. The bodies will continue to go through big shifts and changes and the less you honor the body the harder it will become. This is where we have to drop everything and honor this process, everything that is a distraction or is not fully aligned with your Soul has to be shifted out of your reality by you or your Higher Self/Universe will do it for you and it may not be a super pleasant experience.

Emotions will continue to rise to purge all that is not love. Every emotions that has been suppressed, judged or hidden has to come out to the surface so that you can feel it, reconnect with the version of yourself that is still carrying it and merge it back inside. There is an ton of emotions that we haven't honored and felt and this is it, this is the moment in time where we can't hide from them anymore, we must fully own everything and the more that you do the more unified you become.

If you are feeling sensitive right now honor it, feel it all and release it. We are sentient beings and so being sensitive is part of who we are, the issue has always been not honoring how we are feeling and therefore we have accumulated a thick skin in which all the sensitivity that we feel is emotional but as you continue to honor more and more emotions you start to become energetically sensitive instead of emotionally sensitive. As a energy being we are supposed to feel all and any subtle energies to assist in making conscious choices. Most of our human experience has been completely unconscious to these energies and how to navigate them and so in order to come back to becoming Master Beings we must allow honor all energies without judging them.

Continue to honor and allow everything to come out. Continue to allow the pure Light that you are deeper within so you can live as Light.
