Deep, down and dirty clearing

This week has been an incredible week of getting deep down and dirty again in my own clearing process. I will be honest I haven't done this in a while and after some thins occurred in my own personal life with my partner I was guided to not let things slip by anymore and do my own inner work, shadow work, and clear some muck. So here's what went down:
I started my normal prepping routine, working with my own energy and my body and i started to bring up everything that was heavy. All sorts of words, phrases, beliefs started to come up, yes I mean, deep down, mean, nasty, dark stuff started to come out to the surface and I realized how much we actually suppress that stuff within us! We are too scare to open up and see what we actually hold inside because we have been programmed to think that thoughts that are not "peace and joy and love" are evil, they are bad, they are low vibrations and we even judge ourselves from even thinking them. Some of us including myself have been suppressing them for soo long and so deep that they don't even show up in your conscious awareness. I had go deep down, relax and allow myself to go into my subconscious to really feel them and then clear them.
We HAVE to let go of all of the old judgments, old beliefs of what makes us good/bad/right/wrong/evil, it is truly about becoming still in this neutral place of not labeling ANYTHING. Just releasing it ALL from a place of being and becoming free.
After I was done, I was ready to crash and I felt this deep activation come from my belly. It wasn't until afterwards that I realized that the clearing had triggered a deep solar plexus/power center activation that lasted all night.
