The frequencies have been quite strong and they will only continue.
Sometime the way the take you completely down and out and trusting it because your Lightbody is only trying to upgrade, clear and align your body and if you are still focused or aligned with your old self, old reality then it will take you down so that you don’t focus on that anymore.
Other times you will be so charged and so focused to move, shift and re-align your realities through physical movement. This is the get things done energy without thinking just going with the flow and allowing your body to move with them.
We will have both kind of frequencies coming and going, they will shift on the dime it is important to recognize when they do and honor them.
These are meant to shift your reality, they are meant to re-focus your energy, collapse old ones and rebuild all new. If you are still holding on to the old and clinging to the fear then connect with these aspects and emotions so that they can be released from your body. The more that you do the less resistance you’ll have to moving out of your old realities and you’ll start to embrace every guidance step that you’re being shown.
Keep going, keep moving, keep sleeping and keep surrendering to all.
