Sunday evening we had a heavy gush of wind (winds of change) come through my house that created a shock and took my entire electricity out. I have now been 48 hours completely off grid, with no electricity and no water and it feels very significant. I am blessed with my neighbors wifi for communication purposes and to continue my service work but other than that it’s been a magical experience.

Everything from the shock (many personal and global events will create a shock) to being off grid (a complete reset) is showing me so many things that I am so extremely grateful for. It actually feels good being off the grid for a bit and not only that but it feels like a complete reset in every way possible as I’ve depleted much of my basic needs and resources (zero point) which will bring forth an opportunity to rebuild from all New.

All of this feels very indicative and even a bit of prediction type feeling of what is to come for certain collectives.

Being off the grid is a huge part of this process no matter how one goes about it, whether it’s just being out in nature or going to a park without much “outside” influence or even relocating to living off the grid which some people are being called to, even just traveling and being somewhat of a nomad is a huge part of this process that we must honor when it comes.

A lot of people get confused about how to live outside of the 3D structures and it isn’t living without the basic necessities of let’s say water or electricity. In my case when I don’t have either it is a wonderful opportunity to reset and upgrade my own gridding system so that when I do have them I can utilize them in a new Highest Aligned way.

Same thing with physical money or resources. A lot of us are still confused about this energy and think it is only a 3D system. So if we go into why it was created yes, we can go into how it was built on fear and lack but right now money is still a necessary resource and it does exist in 5D and above. The key is that we start to see the energy of money from a whole new perspective and that we start to open up to utilizing money in a completely different way than how we’ve been taught by the old system. Money becomes a resource that is shared, that is utilized in the Highest way and that supports our journey, our service work and our missions. It takes on a completely new energy and this allows us to always be open to its flow.

The continual release of everything that ties us and binds us to the old creates the necessary space for a complete reset. It’s like the constant death and rebirth process that we must all go through; the death, letting go, dissolution of every old aspect of ourselves brings forth a rebirth, a sort of reset so we can start to recreate everything from a whole new space inside.

The more you continue to resolve and dissolve from deep within the more you’ll open up to the physical experiences that will support you in this process. They may not make sense and you may feel like they’re an inconvenience but they are quite the opposite. Being off the grid is a wonderful opportunity to release yourself from the old systems, dissolve the old structure at a deeper level than before.. just keep opening up to every experience and as you do you’ll start to see the bigger picture.

Here we go, get ready for your Big Reset and open up to all that’s to come.

There is a bridge that connects us from old earth to New Earth… it is you/us, we become the portals that travel between time and space through our consciousness.


We become the BridgeKeepers of worlds and through the opening of our hearts we step into a New reality that supports our Light, amplifies our joy and unifies our Soul.


We may not fully understand all that is occurring in this world right now and that’s ok, we don’t need to get caught up in the drama and trauma anymore all we have to do is continue to go deeper inside so we can shine our Light brighter than ever before.


Everything from this point forward will be an opportunity for us to connect deeper inside. All the layers and layers of emotional separation have kept us stuck in the lower realms in which we kept creating karmic loop cycles over and over. It’s time to be free.


We Now have access to all the sacred knowledge that is capable of setting us free … but we must be willing to feel everything and open up our hearts and minds so wide in every moments no matter what.


This is a returning of all that we are, a returning to who we truly are and a returning to our pure power. This is the energy that we are and this is what will allow everting to be returned back to peace and balance.


Yes the “outside” world may seem to be very chaotic and out of balance and that is because it is continuing to show us what is out of balance within ourselves. Unless we go deeper inside and allow our bodies to rebalance everything we are only going to continue to see more of our internal imbalances being played “out there.”


The focus now has to be inward.. we must all be willing to shift from the inside and as we do that “out there” will shift as a response to it. Nothing will truly every change until we do this. No, it’s not an easy task because we have suppressed so very much inside that it may feel very daunting and overwhelming to feel everything all over again… and yet there are things that we still have inside that we have yet to feel…. Many things that we haven’t allowed ourselves to feel and things that we may not know we still have inside.


Open up and connect with your Highest Self aspects, these aspects know and remember how important it is to feel, they are here to support you and encourage you every step of the way and the more you connect with these aspects the more you’ll start to feel safe enough to feel everything and you’ll start to free yourself from all that heaviness inside.


The world around you will become heavier and heavier because we are the one still carrying that heaviness. It won’t get lighter until we decide to feel everything and release ourselves from the old.

This month has definitely not disappointed. Every since the 5/5 portal opened up it has been a deep purge of emotions in every way imaginable. Some days it's more intense than others, sometimes it's an emotional roller coaster ride all day long and all I can do is ride the wave and go with the flow.

The weekend of the Lunar Eclipse was beyond intense, the portal opened up for me a day prior and the day of it was slew of emotional purging that felt like it wouldn't stop. What was really fascinating is that when the eclipse started everything got triggered at a deeper level than probably ever before. I was sitting outside on my patio, with a roll of paper towels, listening to the Avatar 2 trailer score and the tear just kept coming and coming and coming. It seemed like everything came out of me... it felt like a deep human/galactic clearing. The reason I say fascinating is because it was super aligned with what was cosmically happening in that moment, the Earth's shadow was being casted on the Moon turning it a crimson color and so of course all my ego/dark/shadow aspects would be activated for me to feel all at once.

There was so much that most of the time I didn't even know what was going on, who was crying, what I was crying it all came up with a force that was beyond my comprehension and I just knew I had to fully honor and allow and embrace.

Finally after the peak of the eclipse, I started to calm down, my eyes were all swollen and I just wanted to go to bed. I went back inside and I laid down in bed facing the window watching the end of the eclipse and sinking down into a deep restful sleep. The following day I woke up and my eyes were actually still hurting from crying so much which was interesting. I took it easy but still had some things come up, so cried some more, slept some more and that is probably all I was able to do.

There is so much emotional purging that I cannot even begin to describe but that I share so that you can honor too. It doesn't matter how much you need to cry, it doesn't matter if you know why you're crying, you just need to allow your body to have that release because it is so very freeing.

There are still moments where I feel more tears come up and I allow them and then I go back to more peace inside.

The intensity of this month feels similar to the intensity that I felt back in linear time Dec. 2021 when I went back to Texas, which then propelled me into the next phase where I reached a whole new level. The frequencies of the upcoming month, seem very big and it will only increase from July until the end of the linear year.

Overall everything feels very significant and so whatever you're experiencing right now keep opening up, feeling more, releasing more and allowing your LightBody to support you in every way possible.

We were born to fly and soar way up in the sky and although we may not physically have wings (yet) we are able to achieve this through our expanded levels of consciousness. As we elevate our frequency we get to expand our field and reach the sky. This is a normal sensation as we anchor more Light into our physical body.

There are many sensations that go along with this experience and we must learn to embrace them for these is why we are here, to anchor the heavenly realms into our body.

When we expand past our bodies we will feel lightheaded, like we are losing ground and that is because as density goes so does gravity. The challenge for every one of us is learning to function in that expanded state while still being connected with the body. There will be times where we are so expanded we may not fully feel in the body and that is normal too, allow it.

When our expanded consciousness is ready to anchor deeper into the body we will go through what’s called a contraction phase where we go back to our denser realities. This allows us to see what needs to change, what needs to be removed or added and re-aligned so that everything around us and within our bodies is able to hold that vibrational frequency.

The levels of consciousness inside the body have been very dense and heavy keeping us in the lower realms. As we continue to anchor more Light inside the body this changes, not only do things become Lighter but we become lighter as well and our experience becomes a floaty, dreamy experience that bends and breathes and becomes very malleable.

When we incarnated into these bodies we forgot most everything. We forgot that we could fly, we forgot that we are earth angels, we forgot our whole purpose for being here…. But now we are finally starting to remember, finally opening up to the unseen and unbelievable.

Open your heart and you’ll start to open your wings. Your etheric wings and physical wings that exist simultaneously throughout many of your existences. Do not be afraid to fly anymore for it is who you are. Do not be afraid of losing touch with the ground because you will always be supported no matter what. Do not be afraid anymore of your pure capabilities and natural gifts for we came here to awaken them all.

As you continue to relax your body in every way you’ll start to allow the magical to come through. You’ll start to see/feel your magical gifts and abilities that are here to support you throughout every phase of your journey.

Keep opening up to all that you are and as you do you’ll start to remember all your existences as fairies, angels, birds, dragons, mermaids on so much more. These aren’t in the “past” these are still aspects of yourself that are playing out inside, in other dimensions and the more we tap into them from within the more we get to access these aspects and their unique gifts in this reality. There is no more separation of times or lives anymore, we must unify everything in every way so that all that we are capable of doing and becoming can come through in this Now.

So so much is in store for every single one of us and we are only scratching the surface. Keep opening up and keep allowing all to come through as it is all assisting you in remembering all that you truly are.

Can You see the clues all around you? The visuals, the scents, the sounds, the textures, the feelings… everything around you is a clue, a message, a reminder, a remembrance. We each encoded our reality in a very specific way, nothing is by chance, nothing is a coincidence and the more we open up in every way the more we will remember this.

The essence of you as a Soul and Higher Self has the capacity to create everything in your reality and give you hints and clues all along the way for you to remember. At the beginning we may be very deep asleep, beneath the veil but as we wake up and start to remember that there is more to this existence we become more conscious that everything is always trying to communicate something.

The more you open up and observe everything without discarding it the more you’ll start to see the messages and codes in all. This is part of the trail of bread crumbs that you as a Soul created prior to and after your incarnation. This is a continual process and as you become more conscious everything becomes “easier” to see/feel and the journey is “smoother” to navigate.

Yes, There will be bumps in the road but we embrace every one of them and allow them to be an opportunity that supports us in becoming Masters in/of the physical again.

There is so much magic all around us, so much beauty, so much abundance, so many synchronicities the more we open our hearts and are willing to see them.
Are you opening up to them?
Are you allowing each aspect of your reality to clue you in on what’s going on inside? What needs to change and shift? What is a reflection of old earth and New Earth?
This is about becoming so in tuned with your body and everything around you because you’re not separate. Your external reality becomes an extension of yourself and the more you see it that way and embrace it for what it’s trying to show you the more you’ll appreciate it and honor it in every way.
Our constant focus and attention to the details around us through our feeling not our thinking mind will open up doors to the worlds that are only available through our deep connection within. This becomes a reality that involves a constant re-connection of your inner/body and your physical reality, they become one and the same. They merge and blend in a synchronized/harmonious flow that bridges the gap of separation and opens the door to infinite possibilities. They unify in every way so that what you experience is a pure reflection of the sacred connection you hold inside.

Are you ready to experience all the magic and bliss through that connection?
Are you ready to feel deeper inside in every way?
Are you ready to open up completely to hold more of your Soul/Light?

Keep opening up to the codes embedded in these questions for they are not to be answered by your linear brain but rather an opportunity to feel them and let your body show you where you need to go deeper inside to remember and become fully ready.

Purification must occur in every level: the mental, emotional, physical and energetic. Every part of our body/being/field must go through a clearing, cleansing and purification process that is continual, it is a constant that we must open up to and fully participate.

We are becoming pure again in every level, we are becoming Christed/Crystalline Light Beings that are returning to living from our purity.

The old ways of living from fear, lack, judgment are dissipating and will no longer rule. What this means is that each and every person must be open and willing to see their own fear, lack and judgment and transcend this themselves as a whole so that it no longer rules our existence.

We have suppressed every one of our emotions whether we know it or not and this creates a toxin, a toxic inside our body that creates many imbalances, dis-eases, karmic loops and so very much more in our realities.

In order to clear ourselves from these toxins, these impurities we must be willing to see/feel everything that is attached to them. The hurt, the anger, the fear, the grief, the pain, the doubt… each of these have a frequency that is heavily distorted and discordant to that of our purity. The more we open up to feeling and sensing the more we allow our LightBodies to clear these frequencies.

The energy that we hold inside must all match that of our purity. Every vibration must resonate at a high enough frequency for our entire body to repair and restore all back to a natural and harmonious flow.

Our LightBodies know exactly what to do to repair and recode the entire body from everything and we must now consciously support it in every way. Every suppressed emotion, every 3D program, every old belief creates an inner-fearance inside the body that doesn’t support the LightBody instead it makes this more challenging for it.

This is the battle going on inside each and every one of us. We have the LightBody fully ready to clear and repair and then you have the ego aspect that gets caught up in the fear, the emotion, the survival mode (which goes against the entire process) and locks up to a degree that it prevents the organic flow of the body to re-align things to a higher vibration.

Body’s Density
Every single part of the body held on to density which was mainly created through the suppression of emotions. Each cell in the body has been carrying the weight of every unfelt, unresolved, unprocessed emotion from every existence and every incarnation. We can just imagine how heavy that has been. Now as we become more and more conscious it is time to fully support the body so that it can continuously clear up all that gunk and junk inside that is only taking up space for your Light.

Each cell in our body must also go through this purification process in every way and it is why many things that are happening to the body won’t make sense because it is occurring at a deep cellular level. This is where we must all learn to trust and fully surrender to this process in every way.

The beauty is that a lot of things are coming up to the surface for all. All this time when our bodies were numb, dormant and asleep is a thing of the “past” because they are now coming online and activating everything inside that must go.

This is not an overnight process but instead a continual process that we must open up in every way as we are talking about clearing and purifying trillions of cells. It takes lots of energy and space to fully support this process in every way.

The more you open up to it the more you’ll be more conscious about what lowers your bodies vibration, what hinders it, what triggers it, what activates it’s protection mechanisms and so much more. We must be able to know everything about our bodies unlike before where we didn’t honor and listen to it, now it’s about reverting it all and becoming fully unified with it.

Your body is always communicating, always working, always pushing things forth for you to see/feel and the more we relax and fully surrender the easier it will be to see just how much your body is supporting you and how much it always has.

Keep returning to your body, keep going deeper inside and keep flowing with the guidance that comes forth from your Highest so that you can continue to return to purity in every way.

There is so much magic in the air. The other day I went for a walk and was just so captivated by all the beautiful flowers, leaves, trees that I had to stop and admire and take lots of pictures as well. Everything becomes so magical and you just open yourself up and go with the flow.

I wanted to share some of the beauty and magic here with you today and to remind you to stop and smell the flowers. In a world where everyone is busy being busy, not noticing all that’s around them, getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of the old 3D realities and identities we have to become aware of when we revert back to this space of unconsciousness.

We have to disconnect to the old world in order to connect to the New, vibrant, magical and pure world of nature. Open up and smell the flowers over and over and let yourself get lost in the beauty and simplicity that Gaia offers us in every way.

We have become so lost and disconnected trying to gain success and recognition from a world that only feeds us fear and lack. There is no point in this whatsoever and so we have to feel how distorted that really is. Instead by connecting more with ourselves, with Gaia and all the pure beauty around us we get to access that which can only be felt through the heart and we let go of the linear mind.

This is the simplicity that we are all returning to and that we came here to live from. There comes a point where none of the old matters anymore, you don’t care about what others say or think, you are done trying to impress everyone, done trying to achieve the latest and greatest, you’re done with the facade and superficial because none of that will ever bring true fulfillment.

It is up to each and every one of us to leave those old ways and no longer live by them. It is up to each individual now to start Focusing on what’s pure and what’s truly valuable at a Soul level. Connect with that pure space inside and start remembering, start opening up your heart and you’ll start to make the necessary changes in order to shift out of the old and into a whole new world.

These energetic frequencies are shifting everything at every level. We may not be able to see and perceive everything that is occurring but it’s happening. We are bringing forth a reality that matches our Light quotient and so the more Light we hold inside of our bodies the more we get to access a new timeline, a Higher/Highest Timeline that supports all. The key is to keep expanding in every way possible so that we can experience that timeline/reality instead of the old realities that are collapsing by the minute.


Break Free
The more we break free from the old 3D realities the less we have to experience those timelines. The linear mind/human thinks that it needs to conform to a certain reality, it needs to believe everything that the media projects, it needs to experience the old corrupted timelines and this isn’t the case anymore. We now have the power to break free by continuously dissolving the glue that bounded us to them in the first place, you guessed it, by feeling deeper into our emotions. This is one of the key points in breaking free from the chains because this is how the old 3D realities are capable of manipulating entire collectives, through peoples Suppressed emotions especially fear and lack.


The illusion of 3D is so real that when we were in it we believed in it, correct? As you start to open up more and more you start to access information that unlocks your deep sacred remembrances in a way that allows you to no longer believe in everything 3D says. You start to recognize the illusion, the control, the manipulation that constantly plays out in this reality and you start to feel how contracting all of that really is. This is where the majority of the population is right now, they are starting to feel more, they are starting to open up to what’s going on, they are starting to smell something is not quite right and as this continues they are going to start to no longer conform to those ways anymore. This is where breaking our own 3D programs becomes a huge part of this process.


The programs that hold the 3D reality are very heavy and go so very deep which is why we have to go deeper each and every time to uncover, unlock and unhinge ourselves from all the emotional anchors that have been holding them up. The physical body is ran by programs, by belief systems and these hold a certain vibrational frequency that morphs into matter and creates form, a visible tangible experience. The physical body was bound by these programs in a way that is way too deep to even comprehend with our linear minds and so just to keep it simple here they were held together by all the fear, lack and separation held inside of our bodies. When the 3D projection keeps showing us the fear, keeps creating more control and insecurity it feeds our own internal fear based systems that kept amplifying those realities in ones’ world. Can you see how that becomes a loop cycle? Can you see that this just keeps re-creating the same old fear-based, lack-based responses that keep us believing in it all? Yes, it goes way deeper than that but I feel this makes the point.


Every person’s fear and lack is coming up to the surface stronger than ever before. Everything that we didn’t know we had, everything we knew we had but kept suppressing, everything we were totally clueless we had is now (finally!) coming up for us to feel and to release. Now, I know this may be coming up quite intensely for many, with panic attacks, anxiety episodes and so very much more that is freaking the human out; however this is all very normal. The light is triggering all our emotions in ways that we never quite felt them before and it is allowing us the opportunity to free ourselves from them. The truth is is that we have suppressed so much so deep inside that we had become so numbed to it and we may have believed that they didn’t quite exist anymore but in reality it was all stuffed up inside and now finally we are starting to feel it more. It’s almost like we’ve been carrying a thousand pound backpack without even realizing it and now finally we are starting to feel the heaviness of it all; although it can be quite shocking it is extremely liberating the more you open up to the experience.


Our human aspect is and will not like this process at all. This is the aspect that suppressed all the emotions so logically it doesn’t want to feel them and yet this is what creates the opening that will allow this aspect to no longer live in separation. Yes, it becomes quite ironic and paradoxical that the very thing we fear is the thing that will bring us the peace that we seek and want.


Tune in to the fear, everyone has tons of it so you wouldn’t be the only one with it. Fear is one of the most feared energies and this is mostly because we don’t inner-stand it, we don’t comprehend it and we keep running away from it. There is nothing to fear about anything not even fear because it is just energy and so is everything else including yourself, so at a deep level you are actually fearing yourself. We have all feared ourselves at some level, we have come to reject, renounce, rebel and abhor the deepest most gruesome parts of us because they were the aspects hardest to look at it. It’s ok, we all have these aspects, trust me and we all have to be open enough to see them, be with them, feel them and as you do the energy dissolves, the energy becomes malleable enough to move and this creates a reaction inside of your body that allows the energy to transform back into its purest form.


This process isn’t as hard as we sometimes perceive it to be, it’s the linear mind that complicates things because at some level it believes it needs to be in order to become worthy of it. That is an old, old program that we need to dissolve once and for all. This isn’t about creating a reality that will make us worthy of it, we are already worthy of it just by being our Light. This is in part subconsciously created by the judgment we hold towards ourselves about everything that we have created and allowed but the good thing is that as we continue to feel this energy that is held deep within the more and more we break free from it as well and we won’t be operating from it anymore.


No matter what the “outside” 3D reality is experiencing we now have the ability to choose different, have a different reality and all through the level of consciousness we hold, the amount of Light we anchor and the more we open our hearts wider and wider. Stop feeding into the old systems and taking them at face value because there will always be many other realities and even the ones that are playing out in 3D hold many many purposes for those that are choosing them. The important thing is for us all to keep choosing the highest timeline that will create a much more solid foundation than those that are held by 3D standards. So keep opening up and keep living outside the old and your realities will continue to become much much different.
