I’ve had some questions come in here and my channels and I thought it would be helpful to share for all.

What's the best way to clear other's energy?

First, we have to remember that there is never one way to do pretty much anything,
you have to do your self discovery and try them all and do what works in that moment.
One of the the things that I do to clear other people's energies is I like to pin point
where it is in my body, usually my body will tell me if I ask where it is. Then I
set the intention to clear it through words, visuals, tones, etc. whatever I feel in that moment.
Sometimes it's visualizing a wave of golden energy coming through that part of the body and
dissolving it, sometimes it's just stating for the energy to
be cleared, all of them work so try them all.


What if you're a lightworker who's also called upon to transmute the collective energies?


I went through this and I believe at some level we sometimes have to go through it to come
back on the other side. Our bodies were not meant to carry and transmute collective energies.
It is an outdated program based on the savior/martyrdom distortion. It may be part of a
contract or belief that we have to change. Our energy and our light is the only one that
we actually have to carry. When we take on other's energies it is just too much work and it
actually keeps us from standing in our own power and distracts us from our mission.
Everyone came here to remember that they are 100% creators of their reality which means they
are fully responsible and capable of cleraing out their own energies. In fact if we take it
on we are disempowering them in a away. Think of it like this, it's  like going to other
people's houses and cleaning up their mess. If we think about it, the person we are cleaning
their house can become dependent on others and not discover their true power.


How do I raise my vibration?
One of the easiest ways to do this is through your emotions. The more in joy, happy, peace, calm you feel the higher you vibrate.

Now that's not to say that if you are not in this vibration that you

should suppress it, in fact quite the opposite. If you are feeling lesser than love, sit with that emotion and then release it. This will allow you to shift through it and embody a higher emotion. 

This is a constant, every moment thing that we all have to do. Check your vibration, check your emotions, check for any heaviness and then release it. There comes a time when this becomes your sole focus until it becomes your natural state of being. 

How do I open my third eye?
So your third eye is your pineal gland which is an energy center location between your eye brows. Mostly known to awaken your intuitive and spiritual gifts. When we start to awaken and ascend this actually automatically starts to open up which is cool. Once we become more and more aware we then want to do it consciously and deliberately. Again there is never one way to do something so with that There are many ways to go about this and I would recommend to look up the many ways to do it online. I will only share here some of the ways that I have opened it up myself. 
Diet: there are a lot Of great foods that help decalcify the pineal gland which is essentially opening it up. There is dark chocolate, spirulina, flouride Free water and toothpaste, etc. 
Music: solfeggio tones also assist. There’s tons of YouTube videos with solfeggio frequencies and most will say what they are for so search away. 
Meditation: any kind of meditation, as well as visualization and imagination will greatly assist in it opening up as well. Intuitive is all about opening up your imagination which is why it’s been suppressed for so long because they know what this can do for us so imagine away! 
Clearing old programs: clearing any dense energies, past life stuff and anything that blocks you from seeing will assist as well. 
There are tons of other things as well, at the end of the day whatever you do to leave the old matrix program (not listening to news, engaging in old programs, raising your frequency) will undoubtedly help. Don’t get too stuck on the how and whether you’re doing it wrong or right. Let go of the polarity and dualistic programs and ask your soul, heart and body.
