We are being gifted with so many opportunities to feel more and see more of that which we still hold inside of ourselves that isn’t serving us anymore. Yes, it’s a very deep emotional process as these light encoded frequencies trigger unresolved aspects and it is important. We’ve been living under so many different personalities and disowning so many beliefs and emotions that it is time to see them all fully and release all judgment we may still have towards them. Remember that everything is a Souls choice and as we start to see from a much more expanded view we get to see the purposes that all was created from. We are in the process of becoming fully conscious in every way and this allows us to be able to create something new, something different, something more in alignment with who we truly are as Light. Continue to ask more, express more, communicate more with yourself and your body and as you do more doors will open up that will assist you in remembering more of that which you already hold inside. This is a big and intense time for all and we are all feeling it in our own way. We are pushing out so much junk and gunk that’s been stuck inside for too long and now we get to move it out, fully allow more Light to come through and honor the immense upgrades that are happening in every moment.  It will continue to be important for us all to tune in deeper into our LightBodies as these mega high and super potent frequencies progress. This is a very physical process in so many ways as literally every cell is waking up, shaking up and re-tuning to a whole new vibration. The expansion that occurs is massive and so important as it breaking us free from the prison cells and opening up the doors to a whole new world, a free world with no barriers, walls or division. We may perceive the “external” to only have these barriers of separation but truly it is all inside at a deep, deep level. Allow your mind and brain to expand, explode and expose you to a reality unseen, unreal and unbelievable at first until it becomes the new norm and the new way. Allow your neural pathways to pave new paths, new ways, new perceptions in every possible way. Don’t hold on to the old ways of thinking, old belief systems and old rationale, give it all up, it’s all heavy anyway and you are an earth angel meant to let go of the heavy baggage so you can fly and float in every way. The LightBody is activating in so many ways and for every single one of us whether you see it, sense it or believe it it doesn’t matter because this goes far beyond the old human perception now. This is a global phenomena that is occurring to every one whether they are conscious of it or not, and will only continue to get stronger. Continue to honor your process and every part of your body that is needing your attention, your love, your Light. Add more of that into your life in every way and in every level possible because it will support the massive upgrades that our LightBodies will continue to go through. There has been a deep disconnection from everything inside of us and around us at levels that we may not fully comprehend at this time. Everything has been very harsh to the eye, discordant to ear, tough on the body, and sour to the mouth at levels we were oblivious to. We didn’t have the capacity before to feel the disruption of energies that have been all around us, inside of us, above us and below us. We lived in a reality where all of our senses became so shut off that we thought it was normal and good, after all the emotional experiences are so harsh for many of us that who would want to feel them. The world is now being shaken awake to this. The Light frequencies coming through into the planet are activating levels of unconsciousness within ourselves at a level unseen, unheard and exponential. We are in the precipice of an avalanche of energetic waves that will bring a new level of awareness to the planet in which things that were once unseen will become seen, unheard will become heard, unbelievable will become believable, inexplainable will become comprehensible and so very much more. The physical events that will transpire all around the world will be very palpable for all of us and only tangible for those collectives that have already chosen to experience them. It will open up hearts and minds in ways that it’s never happen before, it will create an emotional wave unlike any other and it will break down the walls and barriers of guilt and separation, judgement and fear, lack and betrayal and so very much more. Many things may not be pretty to the eye or pleasant to the ear but we have to remember that it’s always been like this it is only now becoming so incredibly loud and visible that we cannot dismiss and deny it any longer. We have to see the level of distortions that we have created and allowed at a deep internal level and the only way to do that sometimes is by physically creating an experience that matches that which we hold inside. This is important and yet for many it will be even more important to dive deeper inside of our selves so that we do not keep recreating a physical experience anymore; we don’t need it. This is the time to become so connected and so in-tuned with our entire bodies and fields in ways that we not only perceive and listen with our senses but we start to do it at a deep vibrational level. Yes, everything vibrates because everything is energy but we haven’t been able to notice or feel how it all affects us because of how disconnected we’ve been from ourselves. Remember that the separation you perceive to be “out there” is literally right below our noises, it is inside, it is the separation of our aspects, the imbalances of our bodies, the distortion of our thoughts and the suppression of our emotions. We have to see everything for what it truly is in order to want and have the capacity to change it. If we continue to live separated from all that has and is going on we will continue to create a world from our unconsciousness that feeds and lives off of our fears and lack mentalities. But this isn’t what we came here to do. At a deep Soul level we came here to restore back peace, purity and balance to an entire planet; yes we knew it wasn’t going to be that easy, we knew that A LOT would have to occur but we signed up for this shift and we each have a very important role in this process. The reality that we each choose to participate in is going to massively effect the continual collapse of the old and the revival of the new. This is why it going to continuously be important to let go of the outside noise completely and start tuning in deeper and deeper inside, listen to all that’s going on inside, feel all that is still heavy inside, open up your inner vision to all that is trapped and blocking us inside. It won’t matter if you don’t fully innerstand what matters is that you trust your Higher Self guidance as it is supporting you every step of the way. There is an important phase of the journey where we might feel way more sensitive than ever before, we may go through emotional roller coasters, get emotionally activated at “little” things, and this is all normal. Every suppressed and unwanted emotion has to come out in order for you to feel it, honor it and integrate the aspect that was holding on to it back into the purity of your heart. The more you open your heart, the more “sensitive” you may think you are becoming but in truth you are opening yourself up so that you no longer have to carry those heavy frequencies inside. Many of us thought or believed that protecting ourselves, guarding our hearts kept us safe when in reality it closed us off from not just letting things/people in but also from letting those heavy emotions out. We all did this and there isn’t any blame or shame because we truly didn’t know any better, we just believed that at some level it was safer than being fully open and transparent. Now more and more of us are feeling the heaviness of what this actually produced, our emotions are becoming more and more triggered and activated and this is impart supporting the opening up of our hearts. The challenge is to continue to consciously open up not just our heart, but our bodies, minds and fields and never shut them close again because that will throw us back into unconsciousness, fear and lack. This isn’t easy, I can attest to that, but it will be the most powerful and freeing thing that you will every do for yourself, and it is time to embrace it. Continue to open up to perceiving things at a deep vibrational level now. Our human senses were meant to only perceive a mere fraction of what is truly occurring “out there” and inside and it is going to be up to each and every single one of us to stop fully believing things from our own limited perceptions. Open up to feeling the vibration of it instead, connect to the core and root of what you are seeing, sensing, hearing, tasting, touching and believing. There will always be so much beyond what the old human body can perceive and although it is all changing right now there is still much of the old anchored into the cells. Keep moving past the old, keep going further in, keep transcending and going beyond what you are being shown in every way. Opening up is key and it is a process but if you can start to perceive when you are closing yourself up again, closing your mind, your heart and your inner truth this will support you in many ways as well. The body speaks to us in so many different ways and from so many different levels and so keep closing your eyes and opening up your new, expanded receptors so that you can start to become more and more conscious in every way. Our physical bodies are no longer sustaining the 3D foundations and as this continues to occur our emotional and mental imbalances get activated and amplified. Continue to listen to your LightBody to see what it needs, what it requires so that it continues to go through all of these processes. The internal collapses do mess with our linear brains, it triggers our most deeply suppressed and subconscious fears and programs, and it also allows us to open up completely and say NO MORE to the old louder and stronger than ever. This is the point. This phase serves in so many levels and the more you connect with your #lightbody the more you’ll remember that this is breaking you free from the old perceived illusions. There is much more that will transpire in every way and we get to choose how to experience and perceive our reality. Yes, there are many collectives that still need a big wake up call and there are many other collectives that are here to continue to build the New simultaneously. Continue to focus on the New, on your LightBody, on your “internal” and tangible reality so that we can spread more Light across the globe. Open up to all that you’re feeling right now, every emotion is valid and important, it doesn’t make you less it makes you real and ready to honor every part that you’ve played. The more you feel and honor the more your body releases the resistance and opens up fully and completely in every way. It’s important to see and recognize that absolutely everything right now is supporting you in so many ways even if you may not believe it or now it in that moment, just continue to open up your heart and mind so that you can remember this. We all chose this experience and when we open up to remember this we start to realize that as Sourve Creator Beings we can choose something different. We don’t have to continue to believe that there isn’t another way, that you have to suffer through this or that you aren’t good enough to experience all the bliss and magic. The stories and beliefs we’ve been taught and told haven’t resonated for many of us and although some of us couldn’t quite put the finger as to why or how we just felt it inside. Remember that the truth can be felt no always seen or innerstood. It is something innately inside of us that’s always been there and now more and more than ever we are feeling it stronger and stronger. The old systems don’t resonate anymore, in fact they are continually collapsing before our very eyes. And as it does it is time for us to choose not to give into them or feed them or support them. It’s time to break free and create our own systems. Yes, this is a huge part of this entire process, we have to create our own New Earth systems in our own realities before we can see them “out there”. It starts in our own personal world and then when we are guided we start coming together with others and more people and this spreads far and wide in ways that we may not see it at the beginning but we will. It’s time for many of us to step forth as our own creators, our own leaders, our own Masters of our reality, instead of giving away of ourselves to “outside” authorities. We become our own authority in many ways and create the unity inside that creates global and lasting Unity. There is so much we held inside that kept us bound to a reality that we thought we needed to belong to. Every single one of us thought we needed to Live inside these systems to survive, to make it and to thrive and yet all it kept us doing is “trying harder”, working harder, pretending longer and dying faster. This is the time to fully awaken and remember that we came here to break free, we came here to create a whole new world, we came here to let go of the old and open up in every way.
Feel into your body and become super observant of when you contract back down, go into fear, lack, judgment and self doubt. When you notice your body contract and tense up that is a huge sign of where the frequencies of old 3D are still stuck in your body and then be with them, be fully present and allow yourself to feel everything. This is not about pretending you’re ok all the time, or always trying to be/think positive, this is about fully honoring how you truly feel and being honest with yourself. There isn’t anything wrong in feeling a certain way, it’s just a misperception that we took on as a belief about what is good, bad and wrong. Open yourself up and release those perceptions too. They don’t belong in your world anymore and they only keep us stuck in the old ways. We are going to continuously be shown more and it’s important to just open up to it all. It won’t be all pretty and rosy and that’s ok, just allow it all to come up. Be ok and ready to see it all for what it is and let go of the judgment you held towards yourself about the whole thing; remind yourself it was only an experience and nothing more, don’t put a lot of labels to it. As you continue to feel, honor and allow you’ll be able to open up more to you Light so that It can continue the process of dissolving and dismantling the energies and sequences that kept your body anchored in the 3D world. This is where we fully trust and allow and get out of our head about trying to do this because it is our #lightbody that has the knowledge and experience to go deeper into the clearing process. Just continue to listen and honor your body in every way so that you can embrace and appreciate every part of this process. This came through to share here today and it’s been a very powerful realization that I’ve had since awhile back. We’ve been disconnect with our bodies in more ways that we are consciously aware of and as we progres through this process start to becoming more and more connected with your body, when you think, feel, move or do anything. Are you fully present in your body or are you on autopilot? Are you escaping from fear of an old experience or are you being fully open to what’s presenting in your reality. Your body will give you many clues and messages and it communicates in so many different ways, so really start to tune in deeper, listen, feel, relax, massage, talk and become one with your body again so that your whole essence feels safe being in it. It’s a process for sure for every single one of us. We have to learn how to be with our bodies in full honor and respect, we have to give ourselves the love and nurture we didn’t receive in many ways, we have to be that support that we may still need so keep opening up to that. Let everything around you be an energy that fully supports your body. See and feel what is not supporting your body and feel the heaviness of it deeper and deeper so that you no longer feel like you need to hold on to it or attach to it. Keep opening up in every way and in every level so that you can feel more. This is truly about feeling All the heaviness, distortion and separation so that we open up and allow our Light to dissolve it. We don’t need to carry it anymore and if there is an unconscious program running that says that you do it’s only an aspect of yourself that may feel the need to hold on to it because it believes it is safe with it. Keep connecting with these aspects too for they are in different parts of your body, they may still need your love, your attention, your approval, your support and it is you who needs to give it to them not anyone else. It is you as your Higher Self who we all yearn for and when we open up fully and allow this version of ourselves to come through we start to feel fully loved and supported in this body no matter what our experience or circumstance may be. Don’t be afraid to open yourself up, open your heart bigger because your Soul/Light is who is truly trying to come through and support you in every way. The old 3D consciousness world will continue to fall, collapse and divide and it is important to continue to focus on you, your Soul, your reality your journey. Everything that you still hold inside, the division, separation, judgment and turmoil will continue to get louder and louder until you choose to see it and resolve it at deeper and deeper levels. It will amplify in many ways in your “external” reality until it grabs your attention enough for you to decide to see it within and feel it fully. There is truly no other way but going deeper inside of ourselves and see everything that we still hold, the anger, the grief, the resentment, the betrayal, the narcissistic, and everything else. You don’t have to pretend anymore, You don’t have to hide anymore, You don’t have to protect yourself anymore. It’s safe to be YOU. It’s safe to feel. It’s safe to be open and It’s safe to come out. The old you is dissolving more and more and it is merging with who you truly are. Open your heart, mind and body and allow all that you truly are inside. Open your mind, body and Soul and be One again.. be the peace that you are, be the love that you hold, be the essence that is inside…. And Honor every part of yourself. If an emotion comes up, be with it, If a heaviness come us, honor it, If a painful experience come up, open up to it. Nothing is really trying to hurt you, it only wants you to see it and embrace it for what it is trying to show you. It’s all an aspect of you, it’s your own frequency that is creating it and so the more you embrace it the more you embrace yourself for showing up in a way that you thought you needed it. As you open up more to it you’ll start to remember that you don’t need to show up in this form anymore, you don’t need to battle or scare yourself in a way that debilitates you and you can then choose something different for yourself. It’s all part of your creation which means you can recreate it into something else. Be Source Creator, open and conscious of all. It’s who you are.
