The other day I went and got me some Dark Chocolate and powdered ashwagandha… who knew this was so yummy!
So dark chocolate is known to assist in the decalcification of your pineal gland and I’ve been taking it on and off for awhile, it’s come back lately and so I’m enjoying that. Now ashwagandha comes in liquid, pill and powder, and so finally decided to get the powder version again and in fact that is how I started taking it in the first place last year before moving to other things. This particular bag has a recipe on the back that calls for your desired milk of choice, powdered ashwagandha, ground cinnamon and honey. Well let me tell you it has a distinct flavor closed to like a mocha or frap and to me it’s so delicious.
The other night I decided to combine it with the dark chocolate and boy oh boy another amazing combo! It’s so good!
Now let’s talk a bit more about Ashwagandha, it’s a root that supports the nervous system and this system is going to continually get activated so that we can feel more. As this occurs it’s going to be necessary to support it so that it doesn’t overload and fight the process. Many of us are becoming more sensitive and it’s because all of our deepest most subconscious emotions are coming up to the surface, so it’s a really supportive thing. Are we used to it? No. Are we a bit scared of it? Yes. Is it necessary? You bet it is. All of these emotions that are coming up to the surface need to be felt and released so that we can honor our bodies and no longer carry them.
As you continue to feel them you’ll get to a point where you’ll embrace them more, you won’t be scared of feeling them, you won’t be resisting them or disowning them, you’ll start to remember more and more that feelings are normal, they are a necessary experience that allows us to open our heart and come back to peace inside. The reason why a natural nervous system support supplement is at a level necessary is because our bodies are still resisting the process of feeling because of the memories and experiences we’ve had throughout many of our life times. The emotional experiences have been indeed very harsh, inhumane and extreme to our bodies and even at that we are scared to death of releasing them and letting them go. The more supported your nervous system is the easier it will allow the continual emotional release of everything that is coming up for you. Your body won’t try to hold on to these emotions and instead will be more relaxed and opened to allowing these energies to flow out. You want more flow, you want more movement, you want everything inside of you to just open up and let it all out and many times our linear minds do the opposite which is why we need something physical and tangible that goes deeper into this system and provides the support you need.
Lately I’ve been over loading with nervous system support and had four different things I was taking to continually support this system deeper and deeper. Open up and allow your body to guide you what to take and how much to take. Let go of reading 3D labels and listen fully to your Lightbody as it knows exactly how you need in that moment. This will be very important with anything you take or eat for that matter, so be open to it. The more you continue to support, care and assist your LightBody in every way the easier the process and the less resistance you’ll have about the whole thing.
