Physical Changes, Grounding and Other's Experiences

What physical changes are many currently experiencing and why?
Remember that there are many reasons for why the body is doing what it’s doing but If you feel bloated you’re birthing new realities, if you’re having gut experiences you’re clearing old 3D constructs, if you’re feeling anxiety and are having panic attacks you’re clearing deep unconscious fears and distortions, if you’ve been feeling sore your body is releasing density, doing work in other dimensions and/or it might be saying to rest, sleep or move the energy out. It’s all happening for you, remind yourself. The body will constantly go through shifts and transformations as we continue to ascend. Keep honoring and embracing your body in all ways. Talk to it and ask how you can support it more, the more you do the more you’ll be able to surrender and remember that it’s part of the process.

Are you Feeling like “grounding” is getting harder?
That’s because as the energies intensify our bodies literally become Light and we start to feel like we are floating and flying. It’s all quite normal. I invite you to open up and surrender and feel how supported you are even as you float and fly. Allow the universe to support you fully. Gaia Will always support you no matter what and now it’s time to fly like the earth angels we truly are.

Why are some people not experiencing the energies?
Some people may or may not be feeling the energies and changes the way you are but that doesn’t mean they are not feeling it or they are not experiencing shifts and changes in their lives. Every single person on this planet is being activated in some way, shape or form but sometimes we want it to be physical and for some their reality and perceptions is what’s changing yet just because we don’t see it doesn’t meant they aren’t experiencing it. I will share that all what most of us are feeling physically is supporting us in letting completely go of all that is no longer serving out Light. Our jobs, careers, occupations change and you don’t have to know exactly how you will be supported but you will. I quit my job two years ago, had no idea how I was going to make it but miracles have occurred and keep occurring as I continue to stay open and allowing. At some point you will be guided to jump, go all in and yes it will be emotional, you’ll be tested but that’s all part of the journey. Now more than ever we are so supportive in following our paths and following what’s truly supporting our Light. Keep reminding yourself of this.
