Navigation Physical Body Ascension- Part 1
There is a big transition going on with our bodies and the more we connect, the more we remember and the more we rediscover the magic of our bodies the more we will enjoy the process. All answers are held within but we forgot how to connect and unlock the living library that we each hold within. In this journey, my intention is to assist you in learning more about the physical ascension process, how it affects the body, how to assist the body, how to clear and detox all Old Earth programs, heavy emotions and ego aspects from your entire body template to further anchor the New Earth frequencies.
Each month for the rest of 2021 we will dive deeper into our body systems, organs, programs, emotions, ego aspects, Higher Self to further assist the body in the physical ascension process. I will share tools, detox exercises, journal prompts, decrees, activations and group support to assist you along the way.
