You Are Enough
In this human experience that we all chose we’ve never truly been told or taught that we are enough just as we are. Whether it’s been explicitly or inexplicitly said, we carry this subconscious belief and its part of the reason why we think/feel that we need to do more, be more, accomplish more in order to persevere. We are always trying to fill a void, fill a perceived hole so that we feel loved and accepted by everyone around us.
The idea of not being good enough comes with a lot of heavy emotions, a lot of memories, a lot of illusions and mainly because we forget who we truly are when we get here. We don’t remember that we are more than this flesh, we are more than our thoughts, we are more than our memories....
We are blinded by the perceptions of our human senses and the beliefs of society. Our blinders are so thick sometimes that we move mountains in order to achieve the titles, the medals, the houses, the cars, the money and all the shiny things in order to feel like we belong and that we matter.
We have all fallen into this trap and we must remember that we created the trap in the first place. Now more than ever before we must dissolve this old belief and let go of everything that you’ve been told of who you are, what you’re capable of and what you deserve.
A few days ago one of my biggest break throughs came through a huge break down. I came to realized that I still had this belief embedded in me, of not being good enough, not being worthy of, not being capable of and it was buried so deep inside that I couldn’t feel it. It wasn’t until I let the tears and emotions flow out of me that those beliefs came through and boy did they came roaring out. I saw them, I felt them, I accepted them for what they were and I let myself feel everything.... At one point, I thought I would never stop crying..the tears, came and came and came, my body started shaking, and I knew a slew of emotions were coming up, so many I couldn’t even tell what they all were. The more I allowed them, the more I was letting all these aspects free again and the more their Higher Self aspect came through. It was a beautiful feeling and experience that allowed me to calm down and be at peace.
I can’t fully explain exactly what happen as it was quite intense but I do know that this belief is a deep one. I realized that everything that I have always wanted to do in every single business that I’ve had has always been infused by this belief. I have always thought that I needed to do more, work harder, offer more services, give more things for free, all because I didn’t truly belief that I was enough just as I was. I always felt like there was something missing but couldn’t quite put my finger on it. The group support that I wanted to start came from that belief as well and finally I realized why so many other things hadn’t worked.
I am here to remind you that you are perfect just as you are, exactly where you are... you don’t need to try to do more because you feel like you are not “there yet”, you don’t need to work harder because you don’t think you will make it, you don’t need to do anything that you don’t absolutely love because you belief that is the only way to pay the bills, you don’t need to play in that game anymore. Once you realize that everything had a purpose and it has served you in one way or another, then you will remember that you already have everything within you to create your dream life. You are already good enough, you already came with all the skills and tools to create magic. You can never be anything other than enough because you are Source itself in human form. There is nothing you cannot do as you are. You don’t need to pretend or change or force or do something you don’t like just to make it in this world... that’s not what we came here for. We came here to remember who we truly are and it’s time. You are ready. So feel everything you need to feel, let everything come up that no longer serves you and just let it go.
It’s time.
The old game is over and you don’t need to play in it anymore. It’s done with. It’s time to create a completely new game, the one you truly know how to play that embraces you for being Light and supports you for all that you are.
Everything is supporting you now, everything is rooting for you, this isn’t like the old days anymore. EVERYTHING has changed. You may or may not see it all physically yet, you may still be waiting for more, but things have truly changed and you no longer need to feed into the old.
Embrace all that you are.
Embrace all that you have done.
And shine as bright as the sun that you are.
Go deeper and deeper and you’ll remember more and more.
It’s safe.
And you are more than ready.
