What Social Distancing is Reminding us To Do

Social Distancing May sound or look like a bit too much but at an energetic level we ALL need to do it.
Our energies have become distorted, they have been infiltrated by many around us, by the media, by society, by belief systems and because we have been deeply asleep we haven’t noticed it.
Now that we are going through social distancing, take it as a great reminder to check your energy body constantly. Claim it as your sacred space and nothing that is not yours or pure is allowed. If we don’t we claim it we give permission for anything to camp in here and it is usually not for pure intentions.
We are capable of controlling our space through conscious awareness, through our intentions, through our words it’s just a matter of actually being and staying committed to it.
Our soul and energy bodies are worth it.
This is part of awakening to our natural state of being. We are sovereign and autonomous beings but we have to remember that and remove anything from our space that isn’t upholding the highest and purest state of love.
Yes it may be a little daunting at first but it’s worth it. Think of how often we are washing our hands now, that’s probably how often we should be checking our energy bodies and maybe even more.


Here are some things you can ask:
How much energy am I holding in my energy body that is not mine? 0-100?
Where in my body do I feel the heaviest?


Every time you have an exchange with someone or have an experience check and see if you’ve picked up any unnecessary energy. If you did, clear it off.


The more you start to hold your light and ONLY your light the easier it will to move and float and fly and the more you will get to anchor New Earth in your physical body.


Remember Your body wasn’t meant to carry others weight, you didn’t come here to sacrifice or be a martyr, those are old, outdated programs that are very heavy. It’s time to let them go.
Trust me, the ride will be much easier and enjoyable.
We don’t need to carry those heavy beliefs anymore.


Once you do you will start to realize and experience just how powerful and creative you truly are. You will start to create your physical reality based on love and peace and unity and magic.

Keep checking your energy body, keep cleansing and keep anchoring more light.
