Current Frequencies

The photonic and gamma frequencies have been pouring in strong all this week.
Some of the body upgrades that they are assisting with may feel like the following:
Head pressure (aches): these are part of the crown opening up, the neural pathways rewiring, the vortex behind the head opening up and the brain centers opening and merging as well. The pressure/discomfort/aches around this part of the body will be constantly happening as there is much to do here being that the linear mind holds the constructs of the ego. All is part of the reconstruction of your reality, the expansion of your perception and your ability to be more connected to your entire body.
Forehead pressure (aches): these are primarily third eye activations that assist in the opening, expansion and decalcification of your pineal gland. This is also a constant process as we have taken in much that has shut this gland in many ways. As one starts to open up this gland you’ll start to perceive things different as well and you’ll start connecting higher Mind with higher heart the more you continue to open/activate your thymus gland as well.
Mouth and teeth pressure (aches): the mouth is also connected to the throat energy center and our ability to communicate. All is being cleared and cleansed and you will feel a lot in this part too. Our bones and teeth as carry much density and a lot of programming and as you continue to release it the cells in your bones will start to move more to clear and purge all that was trapped inside and this can be felt quite intensely.
Joint discomfort: the joints in our bodies held much tension and density as well. This part of the body allows us to move, to shift, change direction and much more. Each joint is going through a massive overhaul process to clear it all and you’ll feel it.
Stomach and root clearing: the stomach is the part of the body that digests food, thoughts, emotions and more, anything that is finally being resolved will be felt by the stomach and as you continue to relax it will flush out. All organs and muscles around the root are also assisting with this process. Our support, safety and security is all being upgraded as 3D continues to collapse. This will bring much emotional and mental release that will follow with a physical clearing in the area. Allow all sexual distortions to come up and out so that you can start to feel the support of 5D/New Earth in a whole new way.
Back of the chest pressure: the back of the body holds/Carries all that we didn’t want to see or deal with, we carry others on our back too and much more. All of this blocks the back of our heart and wings. As you continue to open up this area will be felt very much so continue to relax fully, rest and sleep to assist with the clearing.
Breathing: our breathing shifts and changes on the dime. Every time we shift dimensions we breathe a different air and so we may need to take shallow breaths, we may need to slow down or speed up our breathing and this is very normal. As you open up to this and go with the rhythm of your breath and lungs you will be assisting this process greatly. Don’t force your breathing in a way that you think you should be breathing, just open up and go with the flow of how your body needs you to be breathe.
Spine: the spine is constantly being reworked as well as it holds many keys and codes. At times you may feel discomfort, you may not be able to stand up straight, you may need to lay down and be fully horizontal. All of this will be a constant as the spine is linked to every major energy center in the body, it is linked to our support and stability, it linked up to our ability to move the body and so much more.


These are just but a few of course and have been the ones coming up for me lately.
