Breaking Down to Break Open

There is a beautiful and powerful energy that comes through from breaking down physically and emotionally that allows each of our energy template to break completely down so it can rebuild. This is one of the most important processes that we each have to allow continuously throughout our journey no matter how harsh, intense or draining it might appear to be. It’s almost like we have drain our old human energy completely in order to become empty so we don’t have the old barriers or beliefs that always seemed to hold us back. This is all part of the necessary collapse and build out process that our entire human life, body and template must go through.
The less we get caught up in the mind and the heaviness of it the more we allow the experience to unfold faster. If we allow our mind or ego aspects to run the show the more suffering we might bring forth and the longer it takes. It’s important to recognize which aspect of you is running the show, making it harder or easier to flow because that will let you know many things.
Every day I’ve had an influx of intense emotional frequencies that come through towards the end of the day that completely take over and I surrender to the energy so that I can break free. Remember that every emotional breakdown gifts us a beautiful opportunity to break down more of our old human programming. Every breakdown is an opportunity for our Soul to come through and crack us open, opening up our heart and making more space for peace and pure Love. Don’t be afraid to feel it all no matter how heavy it gets to be because that is how we set ourselves free.
For many years we’ve been resisting our own feelings, we’ve been resisting the breaking down experience, we’ve been resisting our own Light and we’ve been resisting our own Love. It’s all part of what we chose so we could break down the old system from within. We’ve come to a critical point in which we are going to be required to be fully intune with our bodies so that we can feel and release more density. If we don’t consciously choose then our Universe will bring forth physical experiences that will support us where we won’t have a choice, those realities are a bit harsher and is up to each one of us to choose what reality we are choosing in each moment by noticing how connected we are with our bodies.
Continue to open up more, continue to remind yourself that it’s safe to feel, continue to give yourself permission to release the energy because the more you do the more you will anchor the magical realities that are ready to come through from within.
